Let me start by saying the property is amazing. Spacious and inviting. Where it fell short was in a few areas. Lets start with the arrival. We arrived at the suggested time of after 4pm. Upon arrival we were unable to access the property. We attempted to contact the property management for well over 1 hour. 90 minutes after we arrived we finally were contacted by the property management. They corrected the issue. Once got into the home that we had rented the 3 bedroom option, we were met with 1 room with a king bed, 1 room with a queen bed and 1 room with 2 queen beds. Where the issue came into play was with the rental description we were told that there would be 2 king suites and 1 queen. We arent small people so two people sleeping in a queen bed is unacceptable. So my wife and I ended up in seperate beds. In the morning when we awoke we went to make coffee and the k-cup coffee machine was broken and unusable. We tried to relax in the hot tub and one side of the hot tub jets werent working. The control knob for them would simply spin but wouldnt adjust anything. The final issue was we felt rushed at check out. Scheduled check out time is listed at 10am. We woke at 730 to loud voices on the front porch. Only to find painter contractors had arrived to start working on the front of the building. When I opened the door to see who was making the noise the contractor looked at me and said" you are leaving this morning right?" Simply poor form & ended our trip poorly.
