The House was perfection!! Everything was clean (& I’m super picky about that with a medically fragile kiddo) & everything was well stocked…we had everything we needed plus some! We especially loved the hot tub, the view, every bedroom having a bathroom is a HUGE bonus, fireplaces, and that there are lots of options for hang out spaces. We also had great response from the property contact when we had a question that had nothing to do with the house. Our whole group loved the stay & it was decorated so beautifully for Christmas! As a side note…we were able to make this work fairly easy with our handicapped daughter bc of the layout of main rooms etc…while there are a few steps at the front door it’s doable with two people to lift a manual wheelchair or use a small travel ramp. Once inside it’s plenty spacious to accommodate her specialty equipment.

Great Getaway

Great large 5 bedroom and 5 private bathrooms. Large kitchen very well stocked with lots of appliances. 2 large lower and upper decks to lounge.

Great house

Property was perfect our 5 couples. Each having our own bath was wonderful. Home was very well equipped and supplied. Very comfortable for all of us. There was some issues with finding the location. 1.5 hours after we should have arrived we found it. Seems that a new address was not recognized by our GPS and when I spoke with the property manager he confirmed that that might cause a problem - something that would have been helpful for the trip. We don't use Google maps so the link that was sent was ignored. This was the only negative thing about the trip.

Perfection in Branson!

We have nothing but GREAT things to say about this place! It was like walking into a brand new, beautiful home. Everything was so well decorated and so thoughtful! All of the hand-painted murals were just gorgeous and fun! The kitchen was literally a cook’s heaven! It was THE MOST STOCKED kitchen we’ve ever seen! It had everything - and most things were in duplicate. It even had a basting brush - so impressive! The location was perfect! Close to Branson without the headache of traffic and hassle of all the people, all the time. We loved fishing on the river and relaxing on the decks. I’ve already recommended this place to a friend looking in the area. What are you waiting for?! Book this place already! You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing!

Our stay was pretty much amazing! We had 10 adults and 4 kiddos 2 and under, and everyone was comfortable! We were shocked at how well stocked the kitchen was! We lacked nothing and had such a wonderful family get away! 10/10 would stay here again. The owner was also so responsive when help was needed.

The house was very clean!! The decor was very nice. The supplies for kitchen were great! Beds were comfortable too! Wish there were some microwavable dishes. Only concern was no railing around retaining wall.

WELL STOCKED lake view

Really nice house with family friendly layout. Two levels of similar units in this complex and they are building more, so some construction going on. One of the best stocked homes we have used. From fishing supplies, cookware,small appliances to silverware. We had to contact the manager after a storm knocked out power and he was very responsive. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Branson, there is a small supermarket and Dollar General about 5 minutes. The pool was nice and clean. It got a little crowded when 3-4 families were there. It is located up the road about 1/4-1/2 mile at another complex. Definitely not what I would consider walking distance. Not an issue for us but was expecting it to be closer. There were two nice new kayaks. We didn’t use them. I did ask about launching them. There is a launch some distance along a narrow one lane path up the cove from the complex. The boat docks are private and had plenty of signs to let you know. I’m still not completely sure about accessing the lake other than the one ramp. I don’t feel misled by the description, but lake access and the pool location weren’t quite what we expected. The house, the location and how well it was stocked were great.
