Weekend getaway

This place is very nice. A little bit of noise from construction below is. Great location. The sink in master water pressure not very high and faucet was lose. When i shook out one towel in bathroom a razor blade flew out that was a little concerning but just threw it away. Otherwise stay, location and cleanliness was great!! Would stay here again

Great location

Cute updated unit. Great having a locked ski locker directly across from the unit. Be advised of the 6’2” clearance to park in the parking garage. Nice to have a heated garage to park in. Kitchen well stocked and easy to cook in.

Very clean, great location

We recently stayed for a weekend coming up from Denver. We used to live in Summit County so we were already familiar with the location, we could tell by the photos where the condo was located. The location of the condo is perfect for getting around and definitely within walking distance to “downtown” Breck/shopping district. We received all pertinent check information, the listing is as described and the unit is very clean! Here is my only knock on our stay and this is completely a preference, the mattresses are very, very firm. Like, exam table firm lol. I just want people to be prepared if they like a softer mattress. You will not find it here. We travel a lot and if the only “negative” we can come up with is a mattress that isn’t to our liking, that’s pretty awesome.

We enjoyed our stay here - the space is nicely decorated and updated. When we arrived we had no information on how to enter the underground parking garage. We were able to call and obtain it, but that used up a lot of time doing so………thankfully, someone entering through the human door, opened the garage door for us. Utilizing the TV was also a bit tricky. It would be helpful if some sort of instructions were available. Overall, enjoyed our stay!

We were happy with the Condo. Good location and was clean. Unit was well updated. Stayed in mid June and temps got into the mid to upper 70s and since no AC would have been nice to have some fans to keep the air moving. Got a bit warm in late afternoon early evening. Kitchen pans could have a

Nice condo; communication lacking

This was a trip to see fall colors and enjoy off-season in town. The condo was nice; very clean, updated and modern, but basic kitchenware. Texted mgmt/Vacasa about early check-in but never heard back. We just let ourselves in 45 min early and the condo was ready. Would've been nice to know that. The parking garage was a big plus; a very nice amenity. The location has easy access to downtown and many restaurants, shops, etc. Although it took us awhile to figure out how to get there; no info is provided on directions or walkways to town. Nice view of the ski slope. Could use some extra blankets/throws; none were available. No info on how to adjust the confusing thermostats in every room (2 different kinds). Could use printed instructions about check out procedures and requirements. An email with checkout info was sent at 9:45 pm the night before our 10 a.m. checkout, but we did not see it and did not check emails until returning home. A text would be better, or just printed instructions available in the condo. No information on what's nearby; just figure it out yourself. Would be nice to have some info & suggestions of nearby eateries and activities. Several old magazines about Breckenridge dated 2019 were not helpful. The three board games and puzzles were all incomplete and missing pieces. Should be thrown away. All in all, a nice place to stay with some nice amenities. Just needs attention to some details to make it better for guests.

Total Disappointment

dirty dishes in the cupboard; dirty pans in the lazy susan; dirty windows. Bi-fold door, that was removed, just leaned up in the closet, blocking use of both sides of the closet. No bar soap in the master bathroom. The windows were quite dirty and the tracks filled with spider webs.

Great stay at Breck

Property was in a fabulous location with very easy walking access to the mountain. 2 full bathrooms and two bedrooms. Patio looks out onto the mountain. Have a cocktail and watch the sunset after a day on the slopes. We used the hot tubs and pool area also, easy walk. Cooked in twice but many restaurants in walking distance. Rented a car and drove from the Denver aiprport, appreciated the included indoor parking spot. Awesome stay!

Nice place but had one major problem

The apartment itself is very nice and exactly as shown online. Rooms were comfortable and kitchen is well stocked if you’re planning on cooking. Location was convenient and the garage parking is probably great in the winter. Our only issue was the water heater. It had been installed wrong and despite having maintenance and a plumber come, we still were without hot water. We were offered to move to another unit but were only staying one night and already on our way out to dinner for the night so didn’t take them up on the offer. After contacting the property management company, we were given a 50% refund for our stay due to the water issue. I would return to this unit/management company again, but was ultimately a little disappointed we weren’t able to have warm showers during our stay.

Great condo!

Very clean and well maintained condo right in the heart of Breckinridge. We stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect. Very comfortable and exactly how described and pictured. Only hiccup was the swimming pool/hot tub code never worked but we always managed to get let in.

Breckenridge Resort Condo

The property was as advertised. It was easy to check in and communicate with the owner. Everything inside the unit was first rate. We were here in the summer to do outdoor activities such and hiking and bicycling and this place worked very well for that. We would stay here again if we came back to Breckenridge.

Very nice apartament, clean, walk to the lifts and restaurants

The apartament is perfect and brand new. I only miss cereal bowls at the kitchen and due to Covid restrictions Breckenridge is now cashless and the washer and dryer works with quarters, which was impossible to find. I suggest change the way the appliances works. But overall we loved our stay.
