The house was just the right size for us 4 adults. Great ocean view (and sunset watching). Living areas an bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. One suggestion: better lighting on the front outdoor stairs at nighttime would improve safety.

"Seas" the Moment at Sea Breeze

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Weather was so great we decided on the spur of the moment on a getaway to Cambria. We had been eyeing Sea Breeze and wanted to give it a try. Wow so glad we did! Not only Beautiful ocean views but sounds of the ocean as well! Lovely home with comfortable beds! Love the soft red brick fireplace in the living room, great on a cool evening as well! We enjoyed fabulous ocean views for breakfast and gorgeous sunsets while dining on the front deck! Hailey at Breen is a real treasure and always helpful!

Lovely home with beautiful views. It’s nicely located near Fiscalini Park, Moonstone Beach and Downtown Cambria. The kitchen was well appointed and it was easy to prepare meals. We enjoyed the views of the ocean from the kitchen, living room and of course the decks. What a great place to meet up with old friends.

Cozy getaway

What a beautiful, cozy home. My husband and I spent my birthday here and enjoyed the magnificent views from all the windows and falling asleep to the sound of the crashing waves.

Park Hill rental

During our stay we saw deer and wild turkeys walking down the street and while on the Moonstone Beach walkway we saw a pod of whales and one even breached.

Beautiful house and neighborhood

Loved the well-stocked kitchen and dining area as well as the patio. The view was amazing and a short walk to the beach and Fiscallini ranch. The beds were comfortable.

Visiting our daughter

We came to Cambria to hang out with our daughter who recently moved to Santa Monica. The house was perfect and the views awesome. This house offers multiple places to sit and look at the ocean. We hope to stay here again:)

Sea Breeze stay

Kitchen, living room, and landscaping are wonderful. Place is very clean with lots of instructions from owners on how to work things. Beautiful view of the ocean, and great access to Fiscalini Ranch for walking. It's an established neighborhood with lots of folks "watching" the property and guests. So be comfortable bring observed.

Perfect for 4

Love the area, love the upgraded home, love Cambria. Great dining, great Christmas light show at Cambria Pines Lodge(must get tickets) lots of walks and hikes, fun golf at Morro Bay. Just the perfect spot to relax and enjoy. Love the shops too.

You can walk one block and be next to the ocean in a park area. We had a great time eating at the restaurants, trails by the ocean bluffs only several blocks away, Moonstone Beach walkway, and visiting Moro Bay and another beach city only several miles away. We also visited Hearst Castle.

Unwind

After a few days in Anaheim (Disneyland) I needed a place to get away from that mouse and his friends. What a place to unwind and relax. Great views of the Pacific Ocean and beautiful sunsets.

Beautiful House with Great Views in Quiet Neighborhood.

All was good. Easy check-in, wonderful home. As good as the photos are, they do not do the home or the views justice. Very quiet neighborhood. Relaxing couple of days. Would love to stay here again.

Welcoming home

The house was very welcoming and comfortable. Beautiful view of the water, quiet, lots of light. Hosts shared games, kitchen equpiment etc to make the stay very enjoyable. The house was clean.
