Having to pick up the key at a location almost a kilometer away from the property is unacceptable. You need a new system. You also need to ensure you system works as I had to spend almost an hour liaising with your team to get the key code, with multiple messages saying there was no one available to communicate with. This cost me money and time and inconvenience after travelling all day. The apartment was OK and in a convenient location but very bland and not nicely furnished and had a slight smell of sewerage. I would not recommend.
