The condo was very clean, well equipped, family friendly. Everything we needed for a week at the beach. Very comfortable beds. Wonderful location. We had a fabulous time. Only issues we had on arrival the door combination I was given didn’t work, but I made a phone call and received help immediately. Communication with host was fantastic . The sliding door was very difficult to open and the handle on the outside had a screw from inner handle sticking out making it extremely difficult to open from balcony. We needed the men to open and close door all week which was an inconvenience. It was our 4th year at Pelican Watch and one of the best condos we stayed in. We’d definitely stay here again. Hopefully the patio door situation is fixed. That’s why we gave it 4 stars.

Excellent location, right on the beach. Condo was clean, everything was functional. Not a commercial area, but shops and restaurants were not far.

The property was nicely updated and as described. Clean and comfortable with nice linens and towels. The beach eas super close and the views amazing.

Worth It!

The stay here was just what we needed for our getaway. The unit was extremely clean and bright. The place was lovely! The host was very informative and pleasant. Check in was as simple as entering your code to enter the property and that was that. The ocean view was tranquil and the kitchen had everything we need for our meals on this three night stay. Sorry we have no pictures but truly thank the host for making this such a peaceful and fulfilling stay.

Awesome family get away beach trip!

We had a great vacation. Comfortable space that had everything that you need. Owner very responsive.Pictures accurate and we really enjoyed the property.Only improvement item - it would be nice if the exterior sliding door had a bigger handle. It was hard to open and kids needed help with it.All in all we loved it and will be coming back again.Thanks!

Okay place to stay.

Property and location was okay. Opened the sliding door and the handle broke in my hand the first time I opened it. Went to pull out the couch bed, crumbs over the bed, dried up french fries underneath. TV in one of the bedrooms never worked. Called 2nd day there to report all this, never heard back.

Beautiful Condo at Pelican Watch!

Beautiful condo on 10th floor. Great view of the ocean and the pelicans give frequent fly bys!! Condo was clean, well stocked with everything we needed.

Very Pleasant stay

We stayed for a week in this apartment. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Our one issue, a minor one involving location of the parking pass, was responded to and dealt with promptly and in a friendly manner.The view and location were exceptional. The furnishings, decor and cleanliness were also excellent.We would definitely rent again. In fact, as I write this, one day after leaving, I find myself still wishing I were there.

Amazing Place

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect for our New Years getaway! Some pros include: the little details (noise machine and fan in every bedroom, labels on the light switches, board games and cards available, etc.), plenty of kitchen appliances and all your cooking needs, majority of the condo is updated, beds were super comfortable, indoor pool and hot tub, and the list could go on and on. The only cons we can think of include: amount of bath towels (we needed more), lack of kitchen towels and having a queen bed in the master (a king would have make it even better). We will definitely be renting this place again!

Fantastic!

Very clean, bright and stylish! Location is great and management was responsive. The deck is awesome! Everything you could need was available and organized very well. We had a wonderful time!
