We are here to help our guests, like you, and help them resolve situations, like no having a place to stay on a busy and complicated night in a city like Cartagena at that hour. Dear Mr. Schultz, we are sorry our security person did not allow your entrance to the property as soon as you arrived, we have take some precautions due to the protest and riots that are happening in the city. The security person was following instructions recommended by police. We hope you can give us the chance again.
