  • This apartment is immaculately furnished to a very high standard. This two bedroom apartment is situated within the prestigious grounds of the Finca Cortesin golf course. It comprises one Queen double bedroom with ensuite and one twin bedroom with an additional double sofa bed and en suite. A cloakroom, a fully fitted kitchen and spacious lounge/dining area leading to a private garden. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, and has a shared pool. The garden affords spectacular views over the Finca Cortesin golf course right down to the sea taking in some wonderful sights of the natural Spanish countryside. This is truly an amazing apartment to totally unwind.. The complex is accessed through a security controlled gate. Ideal for beach lovers, golfers, walkers or those who just want to unwind. The apartment is situated in easy reach of the local town with many restaurants. An area of real Spanish feel with the impressive white village of Casares steeped in history just 5 minutes way.

    For your peace of mind we have an apartment manageress who is close by should you require any assistance.

    Located on the Casares road, Terrazas de Cortesin is just a 10 minute drive away from Duquesa Port and 15 minutes from the Port in Estepona. Malaga airport is a 60 - 70 minute drive and Gibraltar 30 - 35 minutes, both accessed by excellent roads and Motorways. Jerez airport is an easy 1½ hour drive.

    Finca Cortesin plays host to the prestigious Solheim Cup in 2023 and is also home to the Volvo World Match Play Championship. The Grounds are situated on the beautiful mountain road on the way up to the white village of Casares. There are many other golf courses like Club de golf Valderrama, Doña Julia, Casares Golf to name but a few, are on your doorstep with many others no more than a few minutes drive away.

    The Casares Coast offers an excellent beach with a high end beach bar, restaurant and parking. From there you can amble on the beach to nearby Sabinillas . A short drive of about 15 minutes takes you to the historical old town of Estepona. This is an excellent location for beach lovers or golfers. And if you wish to enjoy the sights, glamour and night life then it's only a short 30 minute drive to Marbella or Puerto Banus.

    Secured parking is available together with a storage facility for golf clubs etc . A car hire is essential.

Happy Golfers

Four lady golfers thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and not being overlooked. The property felt very safe as we were on the gated Finca Cortesin estate. Proximity to Gibraltar airport was a bonus too as only a 30 minute journey, Overall a wonderful place to stay

Such a beautiful and perfectly located property! So spacious and functional. We immediately felt right at home - our family of 4 was very comfortable here. Spacious condo with great view

This condo is in a great neighborhood, in a quiet environment and 10 minutes from the sea. The pool is very nice. The appartment is spacious and well equiped. Air conditionning is efficient.

Lovely golf course apartment

Good golf course apartment with great balcony and pool. Only small criticism is there way no information pack of lamenities and where to put the rubbish and how to work the tv etc.

Muy buen alojamiento

Pese a que tuvimos un pequeño problema con el horario de entrada Lynne pudo solventarlo rápido. Lynne ha estado disponible en todo momento por si nos surgía alguna duda y ha sido muy amable. Hemos disfrutado mucho de los días allí.

Das Appartement ist sehr nahe an der Beschreibung. In der Küche gibt es noch Verbesserungsbedarf. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen

Great stay at a beautiful flat

We had a great stay at this flat. Perfect location near the golf course and close to the beach, with plenty of dining options within 15 mins. It was a bit off the beaten path, away from the hustle & bustle of Marbella, but we enjoyed that. It was close to many of the best golf courses in the area and we really enjoyed our stay.

Modern apartment with amazing views

The views from the terrace and extensive sun room are spectacular and are a lovely spot to sit and relax. The apartment is not brand new as stated - it was actually built in 2016 - but that said everything was in pretty reasonable condition although we understand that the kitchen will be updated soon which will be an improvement. Lynne was very helpful and made check in and out very easy.

4 night stay

This is a lovely apartment and everything was spotless. The check in was done by Lynne, a lovely lady with plenty of restaurant suggestions. Our only criticism was the air conditioner which is on a 2 hour timer. We understand people possibly leaving on during the day and then going out. However, at night this is a pain as you have to keep getting up through the night to restart the air conditioner every two hours. We think the owner would be better to get rid of this and charge a bit more for the property to cover the electricity bill. The pool just outside the property was beautiful and quiet.

fantastisch verblijf op Finca Cortesin (30/7 tm 6/8)

Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf in het appartement van Dave op de Finca Cortesin. Het appartement was luxe, schoon, comfortabel, goede bedden en een fantastisch uitzicht op de zee en de omgeving. Op een kwartier rijden met de auto waren super leuke restaurantjes maar ook Estepona was op een kwartiertje rijden met de auto. Maar ook de Finca was erg mooi en goed onderhouden. Verder was het contact met Lynne erg fijn. Lynne stond altijd voor ons klaar met tips voor restaurants en andere zaken. Wij hebben het dus super fijn gehad, wij komen zeker terug! Bedankt Lynne en Dave!

Un séjour paisible

L’appartement est propre et bien agencé. Il est situé dans un golf au calme et loin de toute agitation. La piscine est propre et spacieuse. Très bon contact avec Dave le propriétaire et Lynne la gestionnaire sur place. Au plaisir d’y retourner.

Wonderful apartment with very nice managers

We loved our stay in this unit. It has everything you can ask for. It is EXTREMELY clean and very well organized. We were met by Linda and she showed us what we needed to see, she is a lovely host and I would definitely return to this unit again. Highly recommended! :-)

Es ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.

Die Fewo ist großzügig angelegt und mit neuen, modernen Möbeln eingerichtet. Die bequemen Polstermöbel ermöglichen ein gemütliches Fernsehen. Dank mehrerer Lampen kann man sich eine angenehme, entspannende Atmosphäre schaffen. Ein Harman Kardon Onyx Bluetooth-Lautsprecher ist für den Musikgenuss ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche ist technisch perfekt eingerichtet mit Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeeautomat, Wasserkessel, Kühlschrank mit 3*** Tiefgefrierfach, viel Geschirr und eine ausreichende Auswahl diverser Gläser. Auch Kochutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden. Außerdem war eine kleine Grundausstattung in der Küche vorrätig. Das Schlafzimmer bietet äußerst komfortable Betten, die einen erholsamen Schlaf garantieren. Der stilvolle Einbau – Kleiderschrank ermöglicht die Unterbringung sämtlicher Bekleidungsstücke, so dass das Zimmer stets aufgeräumt wirkt. Eine supergroße Terrasse nach Süden ausgerichtet und mit seitlichem Windschutz gestattet ein erholsames Relaxen. Ein großer Esstisch, ein Grill und Liegestühle sind vorhanden. Zwei große en Suite Bäder eines mit Badewanne und Bidet eines mit Dusche und beide mit WC und modernem Waschbecken erfordern keinerlei Einschränkungen. Zumal noch ein separates Gäste WC vorhanden ist. Handtücher und Badelaken sind von hervorragender Qualität und ausreichend vorhanden. Außerdem sind alle Nassräume mit flüssiger Handseife ausgestattet. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz kann genutzt werden. Von dort kann man mit einem Fahrstuhl bequem direkt zur Wohnungstür fahren. Bemerkenswert ist auch die gute Betreuung durch Julie. Unsere späte Anreise war kein Problem und unsere Bitte für eine späte Abreise wurde ganz selbstverständlich entsprochen. Julie hat uns auch ohne Stress die Wohnungseinrichtung erklärt und Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Hilfreiche Informationsmaterialien über die Sehenswürdigkeiten ist als Mappe vorhanden. In der Nähe ist eine Baustelle (die Anlage wird erweitert), die man nicht hört. Allerdings nutzen die Baufahrzeuge die ruhige Anliegerstraße (Sackgasse) auf dem Weg zur Baustelle.

Can't fault it

Ella was ready and waiting to check us into the apartment, which is an easy hour drive from malaga airport. And we couldn't fault the apartment. It was everything we were looking for. Clean, spacious, and with a great terrace for catching the sun all day and lots of room for lounging and dining on in the evenings. The pool was fantastic. Lovely and warm and a welcome break from the August sun. We popped to the Finca Cortesin Hotel for cocktails on our last and we're treated like royalty. Yes you will need a car when here. To get off the complex it's a drive and nothing is walking distance but if you are looking for a relaxing break in luxurious surroundings, I don't think this place, for the money, can be beaten. Definitely would be back.
