Gîte du Val d’Egray – Charming House with Garden in Champdeniers

A characterful house over a century old, Gîte du Val d’Egray has preserved all the charm of traditional French country homes: spacious rooms, original floors, and typical regional architecture. This renovated 200 m² former presbytery accommodates up to 10 guests in Champdeniers, perfect for those who appreciate heritage and authentic countryside, far from standardized interiors.



There are 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet. A large living room is ideal for gathering with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen includes a spacious countertop and a table for 8 to 10 people.



Wi-Fi and TV channels are included. A games room is available for children and adults. Enjoy the private garden and open terrace, perfect for outdoor meals (barbecue) and relaxing in a peaceful setting.



Located on the Saint James’ Way, at the gateway to the Marais Poitevin and the Green Venice, this is the ideal spot for country holidays: picnics, swimming, castle visits, hiking, and cycling.
