“Property was the perfect out of town getaway. The house is a modern version of a dog-trot with covered communal space in the center that opens up to amazing hill country views. Stars were amazing and complimented by outdoor fire pit. Pet friendly…a great retreat for 1-2 couples and their furry companions.”

“There's several gates to get to Box 3, which makes it a little daunting to get through when you're coming back from a long day. I wish it had been noted that there was no central heat or air. The space heaters tripped the circuit breaker our first night, but they were quick to address it and comped us a day for the hassle, which was very considerate. “The house was great. I just wish that the living room ceiling fans had a switch/pull to leave the fan on but turn the light off. Also, beware of the scorpions! Since the area is so dry, they are out more.”

“This stay was amazing. So quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting outside in the cool hill country weather. Loved that there are cows with new calves running around. Also enjoyed the morning wake up by the rooster on property. This property was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this little piece of heaven to anyone.”

“Absolutely gorgeous country decor and the house and properly are beautiful! The porch is large with fans and lighting to relax outdoors. The beds are a little high if you are short or have mobility issues. The bar is a great place to relax and listen to the cows moo! I will definitely be back!”
