“The house is clean and the back room was a good nap room for the kids. Loved the location for a small quiet and peaceful “staycation” Nice street, friendly neighbors and a tiny island feel. Also nice to have good coffee 2 blocks away! The front yard was also, we thought, one of the best yards on the whole island for little ones to play. If you have kids under 3 just block the entry to the “ladder” stairs with a couch and the place works great : ) ”

“A gem of a home. The location can’t be beat and I really appreciated that this cottage is clean and bright. It is pretty bare bones as far as extras ( no ice maker or trays to make ice, no wine opener (although I added one), I did not find an iron or extra pillows so I bought a couple and added to the house). “The house was as described. It was great! Plenty of towels, utensils and pots/pans. The provided soap/shampoo was helpful as well! There were many fans which were needed because a lot of the windows do not open. That would be our only complaint.
