“Best house in the area, clean, confortable, beautiful..... Just great!!”

“This cottage is a fantastic spot for a small family. It is easily accessible to the beach and 15 min walk to Main Street. It was beautifully decorated as well. Would stay here again!”

“This garage apartment on Balboa Island, is a historic unit, recently updated and very cute. The pictures in the listing are accurate and it is decorated in a fun, eclectic, nautical decor. It is comfortable and a good location, a quick 2 block walk to shops and restaurants and just down the street from the beach. Garage parking was a huge plus! I highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again!! The only down side was that the 2 garage apartments across the alley were both under...

“We loved the cottage… great location, very clean, it had everything you needed!Riki was a wonderful host”

“Everything was great…neat and clean with well equipped kitchen, bath, and beach supplies!Garage, though, is very small… just “squeezed in” with a small SUV.”

“Great little bungalow in a great town. Lovely hosts”

“10/10 would recommend. Garage parking, quick 2 minute walk to the beach and there’s even an outdoor shower at the cottage. In person check in went very smoothly. Elena and Kye were lovely and very communicative with us.”

“I am so grateful we found this property. I rented it for my mom while she was visiting me after recently moving out of state and missing Newport Beach. Balboa Island was the perfect location for her because everything is so walkable and there is always something to do. Since she didn’t have a car, it could not have worked out better. The cottage itself was absolutely adorable, charming, spotless, and incredibly well-kept. It was close enough to Main Street to easily enjoy everything, yet far...

“We’ve been renting both cottages for the past 13+ years, It’s a tradition we look forward to each year. The cottages are spotless, fresh, and well maintained. Communication with the rental agency has always been exceptional. They’re friendly, responsive, and make everything completely seamless. The location is hard to beat!! The owner clearly takes extreme pride in their property. After so many wonderful years, we are already anticipating and looking forward to the memories we will continue...

“We returned to this nice, cozy beach cottage and enjoyed it again. Lots of things to do including the US Open of Surfing event. We’ll try to come back in the future.”

“The property was perfect. The location near the beach was just right with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood had a safe and welcoming feeling. We look forward to returning soon.”

“We had an awesome time on the island and love the proximity of this place to the ferry. It was perfect place for our little fam to call home base while exploring the beach towns.10/10 recommend!”

“Perfect spot for a visit. Beautiful home, fully equipped and spotless, a block from the ocean.”

“Perfect house for all 5 of us. Decor was amazing and got us in the mood for Disneyland, which was only minutes away. Neighborhood was clean, safe and quiet. Pool area was a bonus at the end of a long day. Will definitely stay here again!”

“We’ve travelled from the UK to Laguna/Newport/ Huntington a number of times in the past. We’ve stayed in Huntington before and have been frailty happy but Janet’s place was so much better than anywhere else!!! Close to Main st, close to the beach, bikes, parking, beach equipment and a very comfortable apartment! I can fault anything about this stay other than it wasn’t long enough! Janet was super responsive and helpful too. A+++++”

“Great place for my daughter and I to stay while we were visiting Disney land ”
