“Great stay at Newport Beach. Easy to communicate with and accommodating. Really convenient to have beach chairs and umbrella to use. Thankful for the fans provided on the hot days. Enough space for my family of four (2 teenagers) to stay comfortably.I could work from the kitchen table as my office without disturbing them them while in the bedrooms. ”

“Very nice location, everything exactly like pictures. Very easy check-in. Loved having a garage to park in, never had to look for parking. We went and used the hot tub & pool. Very clean everywhere. We stayed here with extended family members. Our parents loved it. (80 year olds). It is a second floor, but the stairs were safe and easy to navigate.”

“Scott was fantastic in answering any questions I had about the property prior to check in, check in was seamless and so easy. We LOVED the apartment! The location was perfect, near grocery store and quick easy walk to the beach. It was clean, well stocked, and so comfortable. The beds and sofa bed were super comfy. We loved the use of beach chairs also. The garage was plenty big enough to store bikes we had rented and the washer and dryer were so nice to use. Thank you!!”

“The property was clean and a wonderful location! We were there for my son’s wedding. Kim was available anytime I had a question and was very accommodating.Unfortunately, the cliff (in front of a number of properties) gave way awhile back, so we weren’t able to go on the balcony and take advantage of the amazing view. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!”

“Lives up to what it was intended for - sleeping and within walking distance of what the Island and Peninsula have to offer. Good mattress; everything was functional; quieter than I had expected. The place could use a few touch-ups here and there, but all-in-all I was satisfied with my stay.”
