Great location, unit was clean, I did not remember reading in the description that it was upstairs but that’s something I may have missed. Only negative was that when I was unloading some things from my vehicle a maintenance man was entering my unit I had to run over and tell him what he was doing because my wife was in the shower so maybe just better communication between management and their maintenance especially when it’s booked and you are there on a scheduled check in time.

Great place to stay!

My family and I took a quick weekend trip to Port A for Father's Day. This property was super clean, in a great location, few minutes to the beach and all other bars/restaurants. I can't say enough position things about Josh; he's simply amazing! My family and I will be staying here again.

Thanksgiving at port A

First day short stories was very enjoyable department was very clean it was very nice and comfortable and close to the beach close to our friend's place and we had a great time the weather didn't cooperate but overall it was still a very nice Thanksgiving weekend in Port Aransas

Clean and easy

The room was very clean and had a comfy bed and sofa. The location was great -- everything was within about 5 minutes. Josh was very responsive and the check-in/check-out was extremely easy.

Exactly as Pictured!!

This condo was exactly as pictured. What a relief! Joshua was an excellent host. He was available if/when you needed him or some information. I actually met Josh the day we were leaving. I'm happy to know that he owns the whole property. Pool area was small but perfect for us. There were barbecues set up and a nice grassy area for the pups. I am definitely looking forward to my next visit to Costa Bahia. Thanks Josh!

Fantastic Beach Getaway

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay…. Super comfy king size bed, modern furniture, great shower and cute kitchen. The pool was a plus! The condo was 2 rooms the layout of the furniture made it feel quite spacious. We will absolutely return!!

Beautiful!

It was perfect for my family of 4…. I’ve never did vrbo* and it was easy, fast and everything went so smooth! I almost couldn’t believe how easy it was! The place was incredible! It wasn’t busy down town but close enough to drive to everything! The apartment was nice and cozy and even had built in shampoo, conditioner and soap! Would be great for someone who forgot anything! The pool area was so nice as well! Thank y’all for since and awesome stay, the only regret I have is not booking for a longer stay! 😍

Clean and quiet

We loved the location of this place, and the owner was very communicative. Check in was easy and everything was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed (bring your own spices and such though) to cook. There was a family with 6 kids next door and all we coild hear was an occasional bump. Very well insulated. Nice tv's with streaming acces, bed was comfy and the walk in closet was a great fort/bedroom for our kiddo. I'd stay here again!

Great getaway!

The property is lovely, clean and includes all of the amenities you really need. The beach-theme decor is understated and clean. The furniture is so clean and comfortable. The kitchen has all the supplies you need to prepare meals. The property was quiet during our stay, far enough from the pool to be buffered from the sounds. But everyone seemed to be in by 10pm on the weekend. It’s close enough to walk to a few nearby businesses and everything in town is within a five minute drive.
