We are a family of 7 that planned this trip, looking forward to a fun, relaxing family time after finishing months of an annual business preparation. Your poor management has caused us work, unable to cook meals that we had made plans for, unable to shower at comfortable times, 2 days without internetunable to play with grandchildren on games, hot tub and more. The following items SHOULD NOT have been an issue for us:No fire extinguishers - very unsafe and a liability for you. Even when we asked for fire extinguishers we were told they had to be special ones. NOT true. We buy these for our rentals and other business offices. No closet rod /coat hangers- in closet to hang clothes on. No handrails to upstairs and downstairs - older ppl couldn’t go down with grandkids to game room, wash clothes or to hot tub- Huge liability for you. No bathroom trash cans in bathrooms- we used boxes from kitchen wares. No towel bars to hang towels on in any bathrooms. No hand bars to enter showers. No toilet paper holder in bath roomsNo internet for first night and day- we had planned family movies all nights. No coffee filters, pots, pans, cooking utensils- we found this out the first night when we arrived as we tried to fix our supper that we had planned. No scrubbies to clean pots. unable to cook on stove/oven as it wasn’t connected lost water and power for 3 hours one morning/dayshower curtain kept fallingslides/webs in many cornersthe list goes on
