“The hotel was terrible, no sheets on the bed, only 1 towel and when I ask for another for my husband they advise they don’t have anymore, my husband and I had to share a towel, the bed had me itching all night, no blankets on the bed. My husband left something at the hotel and we just went back and the same stains we saw on the cover was the same covers they put back on the bed after they cleaned the room! I do not recommend this place these people are disgusting.”

Raise their salary. the lady by the pool bar always had an attitude and the lady that work on jerky Jo do not know how to make guess feel welcome. Rude and in need of training. En esa la caja de seguridad funcionaba,pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente,los artefactos de iluminacion no tenian lamparai no funcionaba,la tv funcionaba un solo canal, en una palabra un desastre.”

“First room we saw was full of old furniture and missing windows blades. The bathroom was also a mess. The second room was musky and located across from the entrance of an entertainment center. We were only able to sleep from 2am to 5am due to noise.”

Natoya reached out to me about a week before our stay, and she constantly communicated with me to make sure our needs were met during our stay.
