“A shame that the 75 steps/stairs weren't mentioned in on-line listing. My mother is in her late 80's had trouble with the 17 concrete steps to entrance door,then she had to negotiate 40 wooden stairs to the apartment's front door.(the remaining 18 steps were from the parking area).No fire escape fitted. The apartment itself was lovely.The view was lovely.”

“Had a fantastic stay for business. Accommodation Central to everything. Needed to work on the isle of Wight, short (20mins) to the ferry. Host was every responsive to my questions. Would consider staying again for either business or a short break. ”

“Apartment was clean and kept in good condition. Decent location near a retail park and a short taxi ride to local bars/pubs. Amenities within the apartment were a good standard. We received clear check-in instructions before arrival and the owners seemed very friendly and attentive over text messages. Very reasonably priced for what you get. The only minor thing is if you are particularly tall you may have to crouch down slightly in the bathroom as the ceiling is slanted but apart from that...

“We stayed for two nights. Spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed. A lovely apartment. We’d love to go back. 10 min walk from seafront right by the pier. Can’t fault our stay. ”

“The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers.”

“We had a lovely time - the owners answered any questions perfectly and clearly. It was well located and very comfortable and clean. Only slightly annoying thing was that the bath/shower didn't really heat up as much as we would have liked. But not a deal breaker! There was also a slight lip stain on one of the glasses, but easily cleanable! Overall, very happy and we would happily stay again”
