“Hotel muy cómodo; sin embargo su servicio dejó mucho que desear. Las toallas de cara y manos fueron retiradas, pero nunca reemplazadas por toallas limpias y tuve un vaso sucio en la habitación (Batido de fresa) por casi 3 días (la limpieza pasó y a pesar de estar visible, nunca lo retiró).”

“El hotel se ve bonito de afuera y las áreas en común también. Pero la habitación que nos tocó para 3 personas era sumamente pequeña. Ni siquiera nos podíamos mover, con 1 valija por persona. La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, sólo un pequeño ventilador muy ruidoso que no bastaba. Además, no cortó el sistema de calefacción del baño, hasta las 11 de la noche que llamamos a recepción haciendo el reclamo. “We had a lovely stay. The staff could not have done enough for you. The place is kinda old fashioned but i think that part of its charm. The food served in the restaurant in the evening and for breakfast was very high quality and delicious. The staff were wonderful. Apparently the (waiting) staff dont really get many tips, so you may want to tip separately rather at the end of the stay to ensure they get it. It wasnt clear. One little negative, the room was way too hot and took hours to cool...
