We have stayed here several times places always very clean. The View out the back is awesome Saw somewhere between 10 and 15 young buck deer every morning relatively quiet the Neighbor‘s teenage kids came in a little late on that and a little loud.

Impressed how well built this casita was… perfect for the 3 of us. It was rainy and chilly the first night and we really enjoyed the fireplace. the king bedroom/bath with its french doors opening to the back porch was lovely. However, thought it odd that there were over 15 drawers but no place for hanging clothes. .we had to hang our clothes in the second bedroom. The bath was nicely accessible but our older guest could not get in and out of the bed because of yhe height.

We enjoyed our short restful weekend. It was just what we hoped for. The casita is very nice, well organized, and comfortable. The beds were high, but once we were in them (that was a laughing matter), they were wonderful! My granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed playing outdoors and watching the deer. The only two mentions I'd like to note are: 1) the air fryer was not clean upon our arrival and 2) the gas grill didnt work well enough to cook our steaks. However, for us, those two things were not significant enough to have any negative impact on our stay. We loved it and would like to stay again if we're in the area. We were in town for a friend's 60th birthday! This was close to their house and was PERFECT for us! The view off the back porch was wonderful for morning coffee! A quaint little guest house. We were a little confused when we pulled in the drive, but once we figured out this was the little guest house just off to the right and set back from the main house, we were set! We were in my F350 long bed which was a little challenging through the curvy drive with trees but we made it. Definitley recommend!

The property was very well kept. Spacious rooms and a nice master bath shower. The kitchen is well stock but I will say the coffee pot was not cleaned. They only have filters, so bring coffee sweetener and creamer. Also the knives in the block were dirty and the air fryer basket wasn’t clean. Bits of food and grease in the bottom. Other than that the place was clean and suited our needs.

My sisters and I stayed here for a “sister trip” and thought the casita was perfect for us. Very cute and comfortable, and we loved sitting on the back patio and catching up.

If you are in town to catch a concert at the Whitewater Amphitheatre this is perfect. Close to Gruene and amenities but secluded in a neighborhood. Beds are very comfortable and has great hot water.

This house is in a most beautiful setting and so quiet! It had all the items we needed to be comfortable and there was not a thing we could say was wrong! The deer were so nice to watch in the morning, and the bed was the absolute BEST. (Tried to get with property mgr. Sunday morning as we could not find an outside receptacle for garbage, but they have never responded and we had to take the garbage with us.)
