Gorgeous Arvada home-Fenced yard-Pet Friendly-Hot Tub

  • Escape to Lamar Heights, where rustic charm meets modern luxuries. This home features a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, a large soaking tub in one of the two full bathrooms, and a private yard with an outdoor dining area and hot tub. Nearby, explore downtown Arvada's shops and restaurants or fish at nearby Hidden Lake. Enjoy a cozy haven with high-speed internet, central A/C, and smart TVs, perfect for relaxing and rejuvenating.

    Bed Configuration:
    Main bedroom: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom and soaking tub
    2nd bedroom: Queen bed
    1 full bathroom

    *Please note there is a long-term tenant that lives in the basement. They have a separate entrance and side yard. Please be cognizant and keep noise to a minimum.

    We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

    This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

    For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

    Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

An Arvada Jewel!

I highly recommend this adorable Arvada home. It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable and a great location. The home is well-stocked. They anticipated everything we could need. It was the perfect place for us to celebrate the holidays. We hope to stay in this jewel again!

Weekend Getaway

We had a great quick getaway and this was a great location. We enjoyed the hot tub and was a quick Uber ride anywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend

Tje check in and price was excellent along with the property location. Only dissapointments were the creaky cold kitchen floor, the maze of light switches and fan remotes and burried info about having a long term basement tennat with the foors are so loud

Nice Property; Worked For Us

The property was clean and adequate for the purpose of our visit. The home was neat and clean and adequately stocked with supplies and kitchen stuff. As we spent quite a bit of time at the property, we found the living room furniture somewhat sparse and lacking in comfort and the master bed was very low to the ground. The location suited our needs.

Nice Place

We had a very nice stay at this property. House was clean and looks just like the pictures. I do want to mention that I believe people should be told this property is a duplex. At times we felt as though we needed to be quiet late at night to not disturb those below us.

Red rocks and downtown Denver

Ideal location. Loved the hot tub. Communication with management excellent with quick solutions to remedy minor issues (replaced a broken toaster and took care of a housing issue immediately). This place was perfect for the 4 of us; 2 couples. Clean and nice neighborhood. We highly recommend.
