“Evening dinner not much choice ”

“We stayed in the deluxe double room and it was beautiful! Hotel was great location for exploring Dorset. Breakfast was perfect and we had dinner there the first night which was excellent. Staff all friendly, helpful. Courtyard garden was lovely. Catered for my gluten intolerance. Would highly recommend ”

“Room was good, nice furnishings and comfy bed. Lovely breakfast at Duck cafe. No sign of clock radio as described or Cowshed toiletries - they were generic. Bathroom was in need of a good scrub and the curtains dragged on the floor so the bottom 30cm were filthy. However good location& friendly staff We did choose the hottest day to stay so the room was quite hot !”

“Lovely room, spacious, well equipped, sea view. Excellent choice for breakfast- service great and cooked breakfast was delicious. We had a couple of small issues - the seagulls on the roof were extremely loud, resulting in us getting very little sleep. Kitchen extrator fan was facing our balcony resulting in noise and cooking fat smell being directed towards us which was unpleasant ”

“We had an amazing and relaxing stay at Summer lodge. We also enjoyed the beautiful walk around the area. We loved the food and the staff service. The short bread are delicious and I would love to buy more to have at home. We would return for another great stay. Thank you. ”
