Our stay was horrific. Randal, first of all we communicated with after we got to the property that the TV did not work and the batteries in any of the remotes were not working then we had to pick up trash that was all over the deck food containers, empty bottles That were there from the previous people. Then the big deal happened. Maybe two hours there and went to pull down one of the beds and the bed sheets were dirty like hair bugs grass, which I all have pictures of and we tried to communicate again with Randal where he did not communicate back with us. I called VRBO and let them know we would not be staying at the property. Sent all the pics to VRBO . We told them we were leaving and that we needed a refund because we were having to leave at 7 o’clock at night to find a hotel to stay in. Finally the next day after I had sent pictures he responded saying that was unexceptionable and that he would refund the money and speak with his cleaning person. I have reached out to him numerous times and nothing has been refunded and he doesn’t respond now. I have never been so disgusted and this was Labor Day weekend and nothing from him since then. Not even sure it’s not a complete scam. I will post pics. The house is extremely remote which we are ok with but the sheets were horrible. The rest of the house was dirty as well. Cabinet doors missing in the kitchen and outdoor lamp post attached with zip ties. Warning - Stay Away not sure if your even safe at this place.
