Had a little rough start but everything was made up for and accomodated. Room was clean, warm during arrival. Kept up on our towels, and even provided donuts during the week. Noel is very sweet and understanding, she did her best to help us out. This cabin is pretty close to glacier nantipnl park, two medicine, st mary, many glacier were all accessible

Welcome to pets. Not staffed at night, a bit of a scare wen we did not get a response or phone answered day of while driving thru park, but turns out they were having staff appreciation and we heard about 4:00 that all was well. Great restaurant/casino/bar a block away

The breakfast available was much more than expected. We missed the first day of our stay because our flight was canceled, but the property didn't refund that day.

The information on Hotel.com was incorrect. Could not get a hold of anyone when it mattered most. Had to change plans and no one seemed to care. The East Glacier area is a dump so in the long run things worked out. DO NOT recommend using this agency for anything.

This is the worse place I have ever been. If I could rate it a minus I would. Stay away. The booking is deceiving. Price is what attracted me to bring my family here, not worth it. The day of my stay I got a text from a random number that happens to be the owner giving me a completely different address to the one I booked on expedia and yes, we arrived after hours after a long day the place is called the Dancing Bears, a run down, old and smelly place. Owner texted me the room number which was wrong. I opened the door and two poor souls were fast asleep in that room. That a safety concern. Then he texted me another room numbers, we entered the place had a foul smell, sheets were dirty dead bugs under the bed, a clogged-up sink. Coffee was provided in an open cup no filters. Towels smelled. We stayed the night because it was already midnight. None of us could sleep. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights but we left the next morning as soon as we saw the sunrise. I communcated all this to the owner all by text, I tried to call him and never aswered, he said he had issues with his phone and only text was available. No phone number for the property itself. He apologized and said he would refund what I paid and I'm still trying to get my money back for this fiasco. The property 3 Dancing Bears when we looked it up had the worse reviews of any place, but he is not listed under 3 Dancing Bears, the property is listed under Glacier National Park Travel Agency.

It was clean and comfortable but a bit old. The wireless did not work except a little bit after 10 PM and even then it was a very poor signal. There were not enough outlets and the microwave would only run about 20 seconds before shutting itself off (probably due to the power extension it was plugged into). It was good enough for access to Glacier NP as it is a good location and short drive there and the staff was friendly and helpful.

À fuir …. Nous avions réservé un motel avec chambre vue montagne. 1h avant notre arrivée on nous envoie un mail pour nous dire que l’adresse n’est pas la bonne et sue nous devons aller dans un autre hôtel avec un numéro de téléphone àcontacter mais zéro réseau… au final nous sommes tombé dans un motel horrible.

Property was not as described nor did it look like any of the pictures on the website. Room was small and dirty. A piece of the linoleum on the bathroom floor had been ripped out. They left 3-4 tablespoons of coffee in a plastic cup open uncovered, (I have pictures). When we arrived, I asked the lady at the front desk if they would reinburse us if we could find a another motel for gthe following 3 nights which she agreed to. When we left the next morning the desk clerk called the owner, put her on speaker and she agreed to a 3 day reimbursement. She sent me a text while talking with her to show the reinbursement, ( I have a screen shot), but after 9 days I haven't received it and now her phone number has disappeared ffrom my text list. I would not have rented another room if I wasn't going to reimbursed. I expect Expedia to reimburse me for the 3 days. Thank you.

We did not even stay. The bed slanted, dirty rag under the sheets. Entry was not safe. Parking outside a side door did not feel like my car was safe. I even purchased insurance on this booking and I lost all my $300, AND the cost of the Glacier Lodge across the street. It was a horrible experience. I will never trust online reviews.

Doesn’t own any properties.

This company doesn’t own any properties. Instead when I showed up it was to a boarded up house. They then tried to put me in a 1* motel with bugs according to the reviews. Stay far far away from this company. I’d give it -1000000 stars if I could. Sadly hotels.com wont remove this place from their website.

Horrible hotel

The hotel was horrible. Breakfast consisted of warm sunny delite warm apple sauce in an open jar warm yogurt tubes an open bowl of pretzels fruit snack gu.mi.is packs of oatmeal. The direct TV didn't work for me 3 days the oven didn't work the towels looked like the where 10 years old pillows were nasty I had to unplug the refrigerator and the air conditioner to get the microwave to work. The grounds of the hotel were very dirty and unkept. The light in the kitchen and the lights over the head boards did t work. I will be filling an report to the insurance for the trip for a full refund. The room was nothing like the picture on your website.. I'm applaud that hotels.com would even allow this property on the website!9

SCAM! BEWARE!

Terrible! This was a scam! The address was fake! The hotel room looked nothing like the one in the photos! The amenities listed were non-existent! It was very scary to get to a town you’re not familiar with and be sent on a wild goose chase to find the hotel you booked. No one answered the phone, we had little to no cell service in the area!! It was awful! Finally someone answered their cell phone and sent us to Dancing Bear Inn…which we had never heard of! We tried to book a room at other hotels, but either they were full or we were unable to get through to them due to lack of cell service!

Sheer curtains, held together with a stick pin…NO PULLDOWN SHADE!!

The property was comfortable. Parking was difficult. The place accords the street was dilapidated building with windows out. Someone’s car alarm kept going off all night so didn’t sleep well wondering if someone was messing with the cars outside. The staff was really nice.

This is a scam. There was no hotel when we arrived! Had to fend for ourselves. The Expedia agent was nice to get us refund. But landed up at terrible hotel since it was late to get any reservation. Horrible experience.

This is an amazing hostel type room. Internet and television is sporadic but it is comfortable, clean, offers many snack type foods and is excellent for hikers

They did not have the right address listed at the property could not find my reservation once I did find the property. The keys did not work in the doors after we left had to break into the wind take the air conditioner out of the window to get the emergency numbers that they left on the door. The mailboxes were full. They said that there was an after bell that you could ring, but there was no bell. She said she’d be back at 8 o’clock in the morning so if we could discuss these issues and nobody showed up the room looked like a 1970 special. It’s hard to believe that I paid almost $200 for it very very disappointed.

Shortly after booking this property, I realized that it was a bait and switch scam. There is no hotel at the listed address and there are internet threads where locals explain that the owners keep creating new online listings for their hotel to escape the bad reviews. I had many emails and phone calls with expedia trying to get a refund. I ended up booking a different hotel because I didn't want to risk a problem on my trip staying at this hotel.
