Excellent security, best location on the North and quieter side of the crater valley, on the slopes of Cerro Caracoral, on Calle Caracoral, near the grand and new Boutique Hotel la Compañía, Hotel Campestre, Hotel Golden Frog Inn, Hotel Valle Verde. It is also within walking distance to many restaurants and the local open vegetable and souvenir market on main street. This home has a beautiful swimming pool, covered garage, additional parking adjacent to the home, BBQ area, large and comfortable terrace with over 100 exotic native orchids. The garden is a marvel with exotic tropical plants, fruit trees and birds. The home consists of a two bedroom cottage. Each bedroom has a private full bathroom. The living room has a large 3 seater two recliner sofa and a 2 seater two recliner sofa. It also has an additional single bed. There is a desk with computer and free wifi and internet connections. You will have a large flat screen TV with free cable TV. The open kitchen - dining area has a large dining table for 8 persons, washer dryer, refrigerator freezer, gas stove, toaster oven, microwave, hot water (also available in the bathrooms). The area is usually very cool and with moderate breezes. We have fans in the living areas and bedrooms should they be needed. Less than a mile from the home you will find horses to rent should you want to go horseback riding. There are at least 5 separate hiking paths for you to enjoy hiking along the rim of the volcano crater.
