Very quiet neighborhood and close to all that Encinitas has to offer.



Getting Around:

Just a short drive to the beach and down town Encinitas! Please let us know if you have any questions during your stay!



Other Things to Note:

Please "NO STREET PARKING" the fine is 3,000 dollars from the city.



We have onsite parking through the back gate and the front driveway.

Trash- Please take the trash cans out the back gate and put on our side only and not block the neighbors side.

It an additional 200 pool heating fee to cover the final electric/gas cost.

If you would like the pool heated please let me know. The pool and spa can not be heated at the same time as there is one heater pump

For both.

Spa heating -Black wall panel - just push the spa button and it will turn on to the pre set temp.

To turn the heat and or AC on there is a wall thermostat located in the living room to the left of the TV on the wall.

To use the bbq and the fire pit please turn the gas on and use the long lighter.
