3 Kestrel Place - JETTY PRIVADO Y PISCINA

Esta fabulosa casa de cuatro dormitorios y dos baños tiene capacidad para 13 personas y está bellamente decorada. Perfecto para grupos grandes o familias múltiples.

En la planta baja hay una gran cocina de planta abierta, con electrodomésticos europeos de acero inoxidable, y vistas de los canales, disfrute de un vaso sobre el banco de la isla o en el comedor y sala de estar con espacio suficiente para todos. Hay tres habitaciones, la suite principal cuenta con vestidor y baño privado, las habitaciones dos y tres son de tamaño queen y cuentan con un baño familiar grande que incluye un baño de tamaño completo. También se incluye una lavandería completa, dos armarios de agua separados y una mesa de ping pong.

En la planta superior hay un gran espacio tipo loft con balcón, este espacio tiene dos literas y una cama individual con un televisor.

Afuera, relájese, en el hermoso clima de Exmouth, salga a la gran terraza y disfrute de nuestras puestas de sol, relájese en la piscina o estacione su bote en el embarcadero privado (no hay agua ni electricidad en el embarcadero). Hay un montón de espacio para tres carros y dos botes / remolques en el estacionamiento para dos carros es de 2. 1 m
Tenga en cuenta: Lo sentimos, no mascotas o fumar dentro de esta propiedad. Se aplican restricciones de ruido entre las 10pm y las 8am.

Birthday getaway

Had a fantastic time up in Exmouth couldn’t have been happier with the place only downside were the floors be a little dirty. All in all would go back in a heartbeat and will book this place again when we come back.

Great house on the canals with a jetty for the boats, good patio area & a pool for the family. Great sized room upstairs for all the kids to share. Only suggestions would be to have a chest freezer & some decent curtains over the light bedroom blinds for sleeping past daybreak…

House Needs Maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a good location and is great with the pool and jetty. However the air conditioner in the living area leaked, straight onto the electrical cabling behind the tv, leaving a big puddle of water. The house was dirty on arrival, including fish in the freezer, and the toilets were, well, yuck! We had to get the cleaners come back the next day. The shelving in the fridge door is broken. And the bed linen needs to be replaced. This house is spacious and although we enjoyed our stay, it needs money spent on it, especially for the money they are charging to stay here.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in a great location and having your own jetty is an added bonus. The property has plenty of room. We had three different families and all the kids slept up stairs. The only issue is the bunks had duct tape keeping the top bunks together which was concerning. We did not use the top bunks due to these issues.The property is in need of a deep clean. The bathrooms especially in the showers. The fridge had fingerprints all over it and there were cobwebs all over the outdoor settings.

Great property to stay at would defa recommend

The place was amazing a little pricey but you can kind of see why when your there. Only thing I can fault is that it was double booked so we had three cars full of very disappointed people show up just after we arrived

If anything the bunk beds were very squeaky so we just put the mattresses on the floor 👌

Great position

Not exactly as advertised, top floor had no curtains and was facing the road with headlights shining in at night time and people could see in, a few light globes were out requiring a call to agent to get rectified as one was a safety issue as was on the stair case, linen dirty or stained, towels need replacing, floors extremely slippery when wet. Apart from that was comfortable in a good area and reasonably clean in a excellent location
