Everything was great. My sisters family and I had plenty of room and the pool was a hot with all 4 of our kids. I appreciated the size of the kitchen and we were able to make most of our meals at the home. The access was convenient and the communication was at the correct frequency.

Our family and family friends (4 adults and 4 kids) came in for a Rangers game. Check-in was easy and they were able to get us in an hour before the scheduled check-in time. The home was SPOTLESS upon arrival and the space was perfect for what we needed. The beds were very comfy and all bathroom linens provided. The kitchen had everything we needed with exception of paper and plasticware which we always bring ourselves. We spent all of Saturday in the pool and hot tub and had no issues throughout the day. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the home had plenty of parking spaces for our 3 vehicles - access to the garage was a plus!Our host replied to messages quickly and was happy to answer our questions. Check-out was a breeze and there weren't many requirements before we left. We definitely will book this home for future stays in the area!

Great house and location

Everything was just as described. Beautiful house with pool and hot tub. Close to shopping and restaurants. Owner responded quickly on questions we had. Will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to Fort Worth!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

Eight of us went for the weekend to go to the races. This home was so welcoming and felt so homey. Nicely decorated and the property manager is very communicative. The backyard is so peaceful and serene. We will book again.

Beautiful home, loved watching the sunrise from the hot tub. Immaculate. Great layout for social families. Wished we spent more time here. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Wished the weather was warmer to enjoy the pool. Would love to stay again.

Perfect Getaway

Our family of 5 stayed for a long weekend getaway. It was the perfect location to be near the Dallas Fort Worth area and also close enough to drive to Waco. Super clean and quiet with all the amenities of home. The office was a nice added feature so I could get a little work in while away. The bath robes were a nice added touch. We were cozy and content our entire stay. Kids loved the hot tub and the big TV!

EVERYTHING you need and more!

This property has so many amenities just as if it was your home. Its clean, modernly updated furniture and appliances. Kyle the Property Manager was phenomenal! The pool and jacuzzi were clean and the pool company was actually on site during my stay to check everything.The neighbor is very quiet and neighbors were friendly. We were there for a Cowboys game and the drive was not bad at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property for a group!

This property was perfect for our team offsite meetings. There was plenty of living area to work and relax. And the direct view of the sunrise out the back window was breathtaking! I would book again. The only reason I gave a 4 star for cleanliness was because the master bed linens didn't smell clean. Other than that, everything was very clean.

Wedding Trip

Drawback : We listed our destination as Arlington. A drawback of the system is not to release the address until the day before or day of arrival. We were so thrown off by our entry into the community. It was 30 mins away from our venue. Our preference was within 15 mins of the venue. It was hard to navigate at nght. The property was lovely and we felt at home while there but the navigation of the community was a bit rough.

Kyle went above and beyond to make our stay extra special! Every single thing was absolutely perfect in the house. Pool towels, regular towels, hot tub, pool and a beautiful kitchen with everything that we needed. Our daughter is only a sophomore at TCU, so we will be back.

Family getaway

This house could not be better!! It’s absolutely beautiful. Plenty of space for 6 adults. The backyard is GORGEOUS with pool and outdoor furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed. We used the outdoor grill to cookout one night. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful with a walking trail not far away. It was a PERFECT house for our getaway and celebration. Easy drive to Ft Worth. Highly recommend!
