“Because it was a holiday weekend, and it rained, and there were accidents, we were 2 hours late, and one hour after check in. We called, and Ian said "No problem". We walked in and I was apologizing like mad, and Ian just said "You are here now, just relax". I could have hugged him! The house is beautiful, the décor just lovely. “Wonderful stay at Pale Hall Hotel. Beautiful and comfortable room. Warm and welcoming staff. Excellent dining options - a tasting menu / fine dining or a bar menu. Both served in a beautiful dining room. We had the bar menu and it was wonderfully cooked. Morning breakfast was perfect and a small gift of water and cookies for our journey much appreciated. We would highly recommend this hotel. ”
