“Amazingly friendly ambience. Bonnie and John were excellent hosts who made you feel part of their family. They gave us a discount for arrival a day late and John went out his way in giving directions, sorting out our train journey back to Manchester and printing out our airplane boarding passes back to Belfast. “Wonderful stay at Pale Hall Hotel. Beautiful and comfortable room. Warm and welcoming staff. Excellent dining options - a tasting menu / fine dining or a bar menu. Both served in a beautiful dining room. We had the bar menu and it was wonderfully cooked. Morning breakfast was perfect and a small gift of water and cookies for our journey much appreciated. We would highly recommend this hotel. ”

“All members of staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The accommodation and facilities were in a very good condition though our room was in need of upgrading to match that of other rooms. Would have liked to have seen a working safe and a fridge in the room. Spa facilities were excellent as were the dining options with no shortage of food on offer.We had a three night stay and would have gladly stayed longer had we been able to. Will definitely return and recommend this establishment for...
