overall, my stay was wonderful. The cabin was great. It did have a couple missing items from the kitchen like no extra trash bags or paper towel and also the smoker had no charcoal but other than that everything was great check-in was quick. I would recommended 100%.

The check in process was easy. Host was amazing! He responded to every text/email. Was very polite. Made sure I was comfortable during my stay. Cabin close to strip where you can eat, shop and create memories. This was my first time going to Gatlinburg. I’ll be going back soon.

Host seemed welcoming. There was only 2 soaps pods for washer, had only 2 dish washer pods.dish soap was watered down. Tarp on the roof was hanging down 2nd floor porch, there was no briquettes for grill. There were spiders. The refrigerator has a door flapper that needs to be repaired causing one door to stay open.The hot tub was enjoyable along with street fighter video game and foosball. Otherwise it was enjoyable

Check in and check out was easy. Kids had a great time with the hot tub, games and enjoyed the loft. Great location in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Lots of shower towels and dishes, Tupperware which made it easy to make almost all of our meals. The house is not clean. The kids feet were black after walking around barefoot for an hour and we unfortunately had to wear shoes. A hair clip was clipped onto the dining room light. Tissue paper from a gift was stuffed behind a dresser. Light switches had brown smudges. Used paint containers under the dresser (I had to move it because I dropped something behind it). The brown cloth chairs in the loft had white stains on the back. The loft pull out couch had a urine stain on the sheet so they were clearly not changed. Bent in the kitchen was hanging, ect. We made the best of it. The stay was great other than the cleanliness, which was a struggle at times constantly finding garbage.

The cabin was very nice inside. Clean and cozy. I was surprised when we pulled into the driveway there was a tarp hanging over the roof. This made the cabin look very unappealing. Other then the tarp I would have given it 5 stars.

The cabin was wonderful and slept all 10 of us easily. We had some visitors the morning of our departure and while it was a pleasant surprise, it was a little close for comfort (see pics)! We cooked in the kitchen and used the grill and the hottub was used every night. Great stay! The pics were taken out the front door, in the driveway. Both bears were in the white SUV! No issue though, they scampered up the tree right outside quickly!

As soon as we walked in the property it had such a musty smell that we had to go by air freshner. The pictures on the website make it look like it's a newer cabut it is not. There is a tarp on the roof hanging on to the second balcony. There isso many things to list that was wrong inside the property. Hot tub was broke, could not get wifi to work. Only could get one t v in the place to work. It was not clean at all.Took my hand across the counter top of the island had all kinds of stuff come off on my hand. There wasAll kinds of damage that I sent to the host. He just told me he'll make sure to get things fixed after we leave. Location was great but would not recommend.

I am sad to report that this was a terrible experience for our family. To begin, we arrived to the cabin to find a very large tarp over the roof and partially covering the top windows (we weren’t informed it would be there). The temp of the home was 79 degrees. We were told by management to adjust the temp and they’d look into it. The remote to the upstairs TV was completely broken and not working and the opening/closing mechanisms to both the refrigerator and freezer were broken. We tried to be patient and understanding and were assured that maintenance would be coming to check on everything. Meanwhile, I located a review of the property from just shortly before our arrival reporting that the AC was not working during their stay. This is when I began getting frustrated because it appeared that the owners were aware of an issue (or possible issue) and didn’t disclose it to us. On the second morning of our stay, my husband took a shower only to have hot water for maybe 3-4 minutes. I reported this and we were asked to check breakers and essentially perform our own maintenance. I spent nearly the whole day communicating with management of the property only to find out that there was a major water leak at the property and we wouldn’t have hot water. We were forced to scramble and find somewhere else to accommodate a family of 8. We understand that unforeseen things happen however, I am not pleased with the way the issues were handled/disclosed by management.

When we arrived, the cabin was hot and there was a small portable air conditioner running in the main room. We later learned that the central air was not working, and the portable unit suggests it had not been working prior to our arrival, yet no notice was provided to us. The cabin was uncomfortably hot our entire stay, and despite numerous communications with management, the issue remained unresolved during the entire week of our stay.

Property was beautiful. it was perfect for kids with the upstairs loft and pull out beds. The two rooms were roomy as well and the living room area was nice and open. Remember there are bears so lock your cars and the cabin up! But other than that they didn't bother us.

Fun time

We really enjoyed the cabin and the scenery. We seen some bears which we loved. The foosball table was a hit with the kids and adults. The hot tub was really nice and relaxing. You can control the temperature.
