This is, indeed, a stylish unit in a great location. That said, this was our most disappointing VRBO rental in places we have stayed all over the world.First, Huswell charged as our deposit the full amount of the rental. When I questioned it, I received a credit for the over billing. I never received notice from Huswell of the impending cancellation deadline. Nor did I receive notice of the final payment due. I had to inquire.When we arrived after a long day of travel, it was very hard to access the unit key from the lock box. After entering the unit, we both had great difficulty accessing the WiFi, which had a ridiculously long password. We also discovered that the PW on the guest portal was different from one sent to us by a Huswell employee.After settling the WiFi challenge, we discovered there was no hand soap, even tiny bars, in either the WC or shower room. We have never experienced this before. And the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, were tiny. Most importantly, the shower gel was insufficient for two people for a five day stay. When we expressed concern, we were told we should purchase these things ourselves.For two full days, we could not find any flatware and knives. After complaining to Huswell, and using plastic take out utensils for two days, we were told that flatware was in a secret drawer inside a bigger drawer under the cooktop. How were we supposed to find that?! Very odd.I could go on but out of space…
