Great location to relax and enjoy
We enjoyed our stay and especially the view/time by the river. The location is very private and surrounded by woods. We also ventured out for hikes, Tug Hill Winery, Millers market for lots of local fresh products, a nearby mostly Amish farmers market, and of course, the Ice Cream 🍦 shop near Miller’s) ((Lowville, I think).

Just what we needed !
An amazing place to unwind and relax . The cabin is another amazing masterpiece of Ralph’s . We love his work! This was our second cabin rental of his . I will continue to follow his builds and rent them . We enjoyed hiking to some waterfalls on this trip each day . I highly recommend his cabins.

Love it!
Our second year back to this area, last year we stayed at cabin next door. And again, did not disappoint. The place is perfect! Incredibly clean and well taken care of. The spot is beautiful, and we had the best time relaxing, listening to the sound of the creek and watching our pup completely at peace. Definitely recommend

Fabulous cabin
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this lovely location. The cabin is beautiful and cozy for two. Listening to the Otter Creek ever day was very relaxing and calming. My husband fished the Indepence River and hiked the entire north and south rim of Whetstone Gulf Park (5.5 miles). We definitely will return next year.

Family time
We had such a wonderful stay at serenity cabin. It was so cozy, clean, peaceful and felt like home. I will say I did not have cell reception,(AT&T). But honestly that’s just what we needed. My husband and I got to spend quality time with our baby girls and couldn’t have chosen a better way to spend our week together. Life is way too busy, and the reminder of what comes first was so refreshing. The nature around the cabin was breath taking and the community so sweet. A perfect get away for anyone needing to recenter and breathe some fresh air.

The Perfect Getaway
An incredible experience at Serenity! The house was the perfect place to unplug. Spotless throughout and so many amenities you didn't know you needed. Ralph is a fantastic host who knows how to take care of his guests. He went above and beyond to help us when the Nor'easter came through and dumped more snow than we could handle. We cannot wait to return to one of his properties. Thank you for creating a little piece of heaven on earth.

The pictures do not lie!
The cabin and property were just as described. I would recommend this to anyone. I could let my dog run on the property and in the snow when we got 8 inches on our last day! The creek current was like listening to rain falling but after the first night was nice background noise. We were just an hour from Lake Ontario and spent half a day there with the beach all to ourselves. We also hiked the gorge trail at Whetstone Gulf State Park. Would have liked to have had ice grippers on my hiking shoes but the place was impressive.

Serenity Cabin
Always a great stay at Ralph’s properties. They are always very nice, extremely clean, and in perfect locations. This serenity cabin was perfect for my wife and I, just enough room. We have come up twice in the winter and plan to make a summer visit next. Only thing I would mention with the Serenity cabin is that there is a rotten egg/sulfur smell when the water is being run (flush toilet/shower/brushing teeth). There is a note on the washer that mentions they are having issues with the minerals in the well. Hopefully they can figure this out to get rid of the smell!

best view in the area!
this was one of the most beautiful properties I’ve stayed in to date. The view is amazing in the morning of the creek and the trees, it’s like a Christmas card. Ralph was so quick to respond if we needed anything and the whole process was smooth and easy. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a cute little getaway!

Tranquil cabin
We enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin on the river. We brought our j dog and enjoyed the beautiful view and fishing in the back yard. We enjoyed the autumn season and watching the leaves turn color. The cabin was comfortable and clean. Trails and a horse farm close by. A wonderful stay!

Beautiful cabin
This cabin and property are really nice. The pictures are very accurate but it was even better than expected! It had everything we needed for our stay such as a nicely stocked kitchen, linens, firewood, etc. We had 2 adults and two kids under 12 and we were very comfortable with the accomodations. Highly recommend.
