Could have been a 5 star but it wasn’t
First the location was great! It would have been nice if they had told us there were 4 flights of stairs(41 steps up and down) our group was all over 65 some with health issues. Second we get there the refrigerator leaked water in the floor, we immediately contacted our host Emile which said someone would be out next morning at 9:00 if we would be there. Never showed, that messed up our day, next he promised to be there Tuesday we waited never showed. This whole time we have a towel stuffed under fridge and could not use ice maker so had to buy ice. By Wednesday when no one showed one guy in our group diagnosed the problem as a busted water filter so we sent Emile pics and said if they would send out a new filter it would be fixed. That afternoon a repair guy came out said we had to totally unload the fridge & freezer for 24 hours then he could fix it!! At this point we just said no! We had it full of food & drinks, bag of ice in freezer which would all ruin. We were to be there thru Saturday, one couple left early Friday and we left early Saturday totally disappointed in Emile which we about decided wasn’t even a person but his replies seemed to come from AI. We ask for a partial refund which has been ignored. The place had a lot of good points but the bad outweighed the good to me. There was hair in the bathroom drawers (both bathrooms) which could have easily been cleaned, after walking around in socks the the first evening they were quite dirty. We tried to use the airfry
