Pequeno hotel acogedor

El hotel es bonito y acogedor. Esta situado en pleno centro. Buena relacion calidad-precio. Recomendable.

A place to recommend.

The hotel i old but well maintained. Room was fine and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good and the service very good. Location is superb, if you are looking for place close to the old town and harbour.

Very handy to train

If you're staying Friday or Saturday night, make sure you ask for floor 2 or 3 then all will be fine. There's a lift. Pleasant stay, nice breakfast and a restaurant/bar right in the middle of town. Don't forget to pat the dogs.

This is a very old building where the heating and plumbing need constant maintenance. The fan in the bathroom was on all the time, I guess due to sewer back up smells.

Hyggeligt lille hotel uden luksus

Hotellet er slidt og værelserne små men der er rent og sengene gode. Hyggelig restaurant med ok morgenmad. Trangt men med sødt personale.

まさかの屋根裏部屋だったので、天井が低く何度か頭をぶつけました。私と友人は小柄だから良かったですが、背が高い人にとっては不便だったと思います。 それと、部屋の扉を開けるといきなり急な階段になっていて、トランクを運ぶのが大変でした。

Could be lovely - but let’s itself down.

I stayed at the hotel during the unusually hot weather. The room was top floor with a huge glass window (with a lovely view) however it was like a greenhouse and the sun heated the room up to an unbearable temperature. I had to sleep with the window wide open to try and cool the room. The problem with this was that there was some sort music, food and beer festival going on just across the street..... so it was super noisy until around 1:30am. I could not use ear plugs - so I had very little sleep and experienced extreme tiredness for the two days of my stay. Breakfast: Cost extra 60DK approximately, I wish I had found somewhere else for breakfast. The buffet style breakfast supplied was a very simple mix of mini sausages and scrambled egg, small pancakes (which I think the simply reheated the leftovers on the second morning), fruit, small yoghurt style pots (which actually were lovely) and some cereals. There was also bread and coffee etc. The breakfast is later out in a very small area and the quality of the items is not the best. Cleanliness: The hotel (upon close inspection) was grubby - I found at least 2 hairs in my bed on first arrival. The carpet grippers on the stairs were broken in places and the areas outside the windows on the way up the stairs appeared to be used as either rubbish bag storage or excess furniture storage - giving the overall impression of untidiness. Would I stay here again: Only if there were no other options.

Fräckt hotell ...

Hotellet är gammalt och behöver kanske lite uppfräschning men vi gillade det. Vill du bo mitt i smeten är detta perfekt. Middagen på restaurangen var lysande.

Bra hotell med perfekt beliggenhet

Veldig fint opphold! Fine rom med gode senger og god standard for prisen. Hotellet ligger midt i sentrum og med gangavstand til alt. Kommunal parkering også i nærheten og gratis over natten.

Venligt hotel centralt i Helsingør

Fint hotel, udmærket værelse lige ved gågaden, togstation og Helsingør Slot. Tilkørselsforholdene udmærkede direkte til døren.

Hotellet var riktigt bra! Det är en väldigt gammal byggnad och man får ta det efter det. Det var lite dålig info angående frukost och andra bekvämligheter. Men det är litet så ha inte för stora förväntningar. För en natt som vi stannade så var det helt okej. Maten var GRYM!

Hyggeligt og centralt

Hyggeligt hotel, med Helsingør Centrum lige udenfor døren. Parkering kan være bøvlet - alt andet fungerer fint.

Clean, first class restaurant on ground floor, in the center of town. This was second time we spent the week end here. We’ll be back.

Bristfällig information

Bra service vid ankomst, men tyvärr fick vi inte veta att man måste boka bord på restaurangen och när vi gick dit så fick vi veta att vi skulle behöva vänta i tre timmar innan vi kunde få bord och att vi tyckte det var för sent, så vi fick ge oss ut och leta efter ett annat ställe och äta på. En annan sak att när jag bokade resan så fick man alternativ och välja och jag kryssade eller bockade för en var det stod; frukost ingår, men sen var detta inte med på bekräftelsen och tycker det var missvisande och ångrar att jag inte tog en bild på det som jag bockade för och visat i receptionen.
