DIRECTO FRENTE AL MAR con vistas de Million Dollar Unidad de piso / extremo superior: ¡simplemente remodelada!

Unidad de piso superior frente al mar que fue completamente remodelada en mayo de 2016. TODO es nuevo: molduras de techo, cocina nueva con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, baño nuevo con bañera / baldosas nuevas en la ducha y en el piso, muebles de dormitorio nuevos, colchón tamaño queen, ropa de cama y mucho más. Esta es una unidad final y muy privada. Mira el amanecer desde tu balcón privado y sala de estar. Además, el balcón y la unidad están a la sombra por la tarde, por lo que es muy cómodo sentarse afuera con cócteles por la noche. Todo es nuevo. La nueva pared de espejo en la sala de estar te hace pensar que el océano está a tu alrededor. La brisa marina desde el balcón es increíble y no hace falta un ventilador de techo en la cubierta. A poca distancia del corazón de Hilton Head, Coligny.

Los nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, el nuevo sofá, la silla y la mesa con sillas, la nueva mesa de pub en la cubierta y las sillas hechas de material de terraza son simplemente hermosas y perfectas para mirar la playa.

Stop searching & hit select! Corner unit with AMAZING unobstructed FULL ocean view in gated community. Walking distance to main square with grocery store, shops, restaurants, etc. Condo is fully stocked with most everything you need. HIGHLY recommend!

Everything about this unit was great! The host had all the information we needed in a timely manner. The decor was beachy and relaxing. The view was beautiful. We visit HHI often and stay at the Villas. I hope that we will be able to secure reservations for this unit again.

The place needs tlc.. the bathroom shower handle fell on my husbands foot so we left it off all week.. the light in the bedroom flickers so much it's like a disco light.. the hallway closet was broken and off track...they need updated tv..says six people can stay but hardly have enough equipment, but they were always responsive..also could use sweeper that works or have a broom

The “million dollar view” claim is true (attached pics). However, we encountered a bug infestation (attached pic) in the kitchen. The host arranged for an exterminator treatment, which only helped for 1 day. So we thought it was best to store our non refrigerated food in our suitcase. This inconvenience is the biggest reason for a low rating however, there were some other contributing factors. There were 3 lights/lamps that were inoperative. The ceiling fans/lights on/off pull chains are missing. There is only 1 single towel bar in the bathroom. There is no grab bar in the bathtub/shower. The toilet was not operating properly (I corrected it). The living room TV remote was not operating (new batteries corrected it; batteries didn’t help bedroom TV remote). For the record, I received an unsolicited partial refund from the host, which was appreciated.

Ocean view and location were fantastic!Bed with box springs were very noisy . Really need to be replaced, very uncomfortable. Inner shower curtain has not been cleaned in a long time! Should be replaced. All else was nice.

This was our 4th year in a row with a 2 week stay, and it was excellent. Unit is end unit so it's very private, and like it says it has million dollar views - for both sunrise and sunset. Plus it's conveniently located within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, which has lots of shops/restaurants/bars, plus a grocery store and liquor store. Highly recommend renting this unit!

This condo did need some updates and that’s understandable. The bedroom is very small and hot. It did have a small fan but it was just hot air. The terrible part was the infestation of ROACHES. They were throughout the condo. We had to bag up everything so we wouldn’t carry them home. We spoke to the manager and all he did was say sorry no compensation.

Beautiful Unit with a Beautiful View!

My family of 5 loved the views and decor this property offered! Just as pictured in listing. The host was quick to respond anytime we had a question or concern. The only hang up about this property is the heat in the bedroom at night. (This is a layout issue that many properties in this community share.) Unfortunately, the fans provided (and those we brought with us) only circulate the air and do not cool it. This led to sweaty nights with this mama waking multiple times each night simply due to the heat. It’s honestly the only thing giving me pause from booking this unit again. The views are GORGEOUS. The host was AMAZING. The unit has been updated and is clean (apart from the random bugs which we assume came inside due to the heat and rain). We would recommend this unit in cooler times of the year 10/10.However, if you have trouble sleeping in the summer due to heat, then either bring a solution of your own or be prepared to face the heat come night fall.
