Casas vacacionales en Isla Amelia

“Really enjoyed the property especially the close beach access.”

“What a wonderful stay we had at Amelia Island! The house was clean, comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed from cookware to spices. Our communication with the owners was excellent! Highly recommend this home, our family had a wonderful week!”

“It was perfect! Clean and so comfortable!”

“THERE IS NOTHING NEGATIVE IN THIS REVIEW OF THE PROPERTYJuly 2026We recently rented this property and I would like to lay out clearly what the property looks like. This property is meant for extremely wonderful beach access close enough to the main beach to have dining within walking distance, and just far enough away to be almost secluded. If you are looking for a place to launch from, and to spend quality time on the beach, this is perfect. The physical property: envision having two RVs...

“This cottage was nicely decorated and clean. It's not directly oceanfront but there's still a great ocean view and beach access is steps from the deck. The outdoor shower (with hot water!) was a huge plus. Great place to stay with kids although the front door closing mechanism was a little wonky so we had to be careful with that with our toddler. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The rooms had lots of storage. The location is great, Fort Clinch Park is a two minute drive, and all the...

“Everything was great”

“We’d rent again!”

“We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids, with plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and enjoy themselves. The location could not have been better—being right on the beach made the entire trip so easy and relaxing. The house had everything we needed and was the perfect setup for spending quality time together as a family. We made so many great memories here, and everyone—from the adults to the kids—had such a wonderful time.We truly...

“We had a mixed experience during our stay in Fernandina Beach. The original property had several issues upon arrival, including a broken AC and a non-working TV remote, which required us to be relocated.I do want to recognize the management company for responding quickly and moving us to a new property. The second home was larger and more comfortable, and we appreciated the prompt resolution. That said, the replacement property could benefit from some maintenance and updates. The primary bedroom...

“Cannot say enough great things about this excellent property and extremely gracious host. Two friends and I stayed for three nights, and will absolutely stay there again if we are ever in the area. If you are in Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach, this is a wonderful rental.”

“Very cozy and felt like a home away from home. Izzy was kind and helped with any issue I had. I would definitely start again.”

“It was disappointing. We booked a month and would have left sooner if we hadn’t paid. Unfortunately the bathroom fixtures needed repair and should have been looked after before we arrived, not during our stay. I am glad she did finally listen and have the tap replaced. The oven did not work in the stove and needed a repair man. That too was fixed The fridge needs to be replaced and has a leaking problem. The screened in porch needs screening repair. Only three dining chairs for a four guest...

“Loved the home and property. 5 of us stayed and we had had plenty of room and enjoyed hanging out in the dining/living room together. We plan to be back and will stay here again. Great location”

“This place was perfect for my family. We chose this location because it was pet friendly. It had ample area for them to play outside in the fenced yard. The host, Banks Van Pelt, was extremely helpful from start to finish. Communication was always professional and extremely friendly. St. Marys is my old stomping grounds and where I was raised. To have the opportunity to bring my children and grandchildren to celebrate the 4th of July there was remarkably memorable and this home was perfect for...

“We stayed here with my once a year visit with my daughter living in New Zealand and my daughter living in DC. The 3 bedrooms gave us lots of space and the hot tub was great for family chats. The decor and color schemes are delightful..all my favorite colors! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and there was a washer and dryer on site for use when necessary. The furniture was comfortable. The host responded promptly to phone calls and there were games and toys for kids. All in...
