“We were warmly greeted. The house was very cute. It was nice having a second bathroom. The house was nicely planned with all of the amenities, including a washer and dryer. Close to everything. Highly recommend.”

“The cottage met all our needs. It is nestled between two marinas and in a quiet neighborhood. It is small but very efficient. One of the marinas has a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the owner of the restaurant is super friendly. Sitting out on the deck in the warm sun was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. ”

The location near Matunick Beach is convenient and the views from the upper deck out over the marina are fantastic. We had a full house with family for JWU graduation weekend and could not have been more pleased. It would be a great destination for extended family with the other two cottages on the property. “Everything was as it said it was in the listing. I loved walking into the home and being able to have a cold drink with ice. There are a lot of places I have stayed at that have no ice. It sounds like a little thing but after a long hot ride a ice cold drink is nice to have. The owners live right next door but you wouldn't know it. That is nice in case of something happening and you need help. Would recommend this home to anyone who wants to explore Rhode Island ”
