Great location and plenty of space!

Great location, just mins away from keystone ski resort. Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of space for family of 7. Will definitely book again!

Keystone Condo near everything

Great modern condo. Had everything we needed. Beautiful deck with a fantastic view. Super clean unit. We could walk to restaurants, bike shop, great location. I will be back!

Beautiful and great location but construction right next door

I would have given this 5-stars but there is construction going on that we did not know about. The work started before 7 am and went past 5 pm. Not only is it less appealing to look at but it really destroyed the peace and serenity of the view and it he back porch. We weren’t able to sit outside and relax because of it. Also, the hours on check in and check out could be better. 3 pm check in and 11 am checkout would go a long way.

Nice location

Beautiful home really enjoyed it. Somesimes the sound tuned off on living room tv when we’d pause or change channels so we found to unplug two plug thats connected to a white extension cord behind right side wait a min then plug back in, it resets and gets sound sgsin. Not a problem

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the most amazing stay at this home. It had everything we needed and it brought my family together in such a unique way. The space, the amount of pillows and blankets, the fully loaded kitchen, and most of all the amazing big windows that overlook the beautiful fall colors in the distance. I would highly recommend this town home to anyone looking for a reset!

Great place but bad experience with management company

Overall the place was nice, awesome backyard view & great location. However, there were numerous issues with the management company from the beginning. When we arrived there was no TP, paper towels, hand soap, no washcloth, and the unit was not thoroughly cleaned especially for COVID (crackers under the tables, dead bugs, old socks in the couch, spider webs, etc). Also, a man showed up a few hours after we arrived to fix our dishwasher. We weren't even notified of a broken dishwasher or that someone would be coming to fix the dishwasher. Apparently this had been broken for a while. Therefore, we had to do dishes 3+ times a day all week for a group of people. I had called the management company when we arrived, then again the next day and the call dropped due to traveling in the mountains. They did not even call back to resolve the issues we had after the call dropped. I called them almost every day while on vacation to try and resolve the issues and for over a week after we returned home.

Good house and location - a few issues

-No hot water the first night - PM company was responsive and eventually got it fixed but we though we may have to switch houses and the other available house was not on par. -Electronic front door lock malfunction so we spent the next 3 days going in an out through the back patio which we had to unlock Property management company was responsive but not able to do all that much. Had to twist arms to get financial compensation for the extreme inconvenience this caused to our trip. The house is quite nice and perhaps we were just unlucky.

A very close walk (10 minute) on a fun trail to the Keystone village. Would definitely stay here again!

Refused to do the right thing - No refund due to COVID19

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived the day that Colorado Governor shut down all ski resorts. Our vacation was cut short as Summit County was forcing out all tourists. In light of this we couldn’t stay the entire time and Turnkey refused to give us a refund on the days we couldn’t stay because we weren’t allowed to. COVID19, the global pandemic, and this company refused to do the right thing. Unacceptable.
