Do not rent this property. You will not get what you pay for nor what you are promised. My family rented this home early April 2025. The home is spacious and is well stocked. That’s where it ended. The air conditioner did not work because it was not maintained and froze over, per the A/C repairman. The house never got below 80 degrees during 90 degree weather our entire stay. The pool was not heated to 78 degrees as promised, was dirty and had no chlorine, per the pool guy. The spa smelled of mildew and did not maintain heat. The patio furniture was old, worn out and filthy. The WIFI did not work most of the time. The mattresses and bedding is old and worn out and Door are broken off hinges. Overall, the home was a huge disappointment. After our stay, I contacted the host to discuss the A/C issue and to discuss a refund of fees due to the owners Breach of Contract (no working A/C as we bargained and paid for) and was repeatedly told she would speak to the owner and given multiple excuses why the owner failed to contact me. Then absolute silence. Never heard from her or the owner. I am at a loss for words on the lack of professionalism of a business and business owner. Live and learn.
