My stay at "2 or 3 Bedroom Walk to Strip MGM Casino Shop Club" was very strange. I arrived in the pouring rain and had a heck of a time finding my unit. The building had no name from the street, and I had to call to get step by step directions to my unit. The room rate was awesome, but there are tradeoffs. The exterior was demoralizing. The old buildings were patched where the stucco had crumbled, but never painted. There was trash & discarded bottles around the property. There was trash in front of the adjacent unit, and a huge pile of cigarette butts outside of my unit. A solid security gate to the courtyard and security gate on the front door. The interior was better. Very old furniture, but the place was clean. the kitchen was excellent - spacious, well lit, and with all the appliances you could want. The wifi and the living room TV worked great. the TV in the spare bedroom was useless - no remote, no HDMI connection, and no signal. The sunken tub in the master bath was nice, and the shower in the hallway bath worked well. There were some annoying things like light bulbs that need replacing, and no shower rack next to the shower, and a broken light in the bedroom with no pull rope. The other strange thing was the communication. There was no on-site office, so everything was done remotely. I had to photo my driver's license and upload it. Filled out 2 forms. Got text messages, but couldn't reply to them. Had to use VRBO app. It was awkward.
