The space
This High-rise “Lovely Tree” bunk house is situated on a beautiful estate next to the “Resort-style Cottage”, a five star accommodation. Once climbing the stairs as you would to a traditional treehouse, you’ll find a nicely appointed bunk house with an eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with a separate shower and bonus potty, 6 beds ( 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed and 1 day bed w/a trundle, and tons a cute decorative touches as well as bare necessities. MOST SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS MAX (or 150#, twin bed max)
Guest access
Your stairs, landing and bunk house are all private areas. The porch to the cottage is their private area. The pool, decks and pergola are all shared spaces. The shared spaces alone can accommodate 25 people, and are spread out, so social distancing isn’t an issue. Usually the cottage guests ( up to 4) opt to lounge on their private porch in their porch swing or rockers. THE PORCH OF THE COTTAGE IS OFF LIMITS, AS THAT IS THEIR PRIVATE AREA
Other things to note
There are no visitors or parties allowed during these short-stays. Since the property has shared space, respectful language, music, behavior, and noise level is a stipulation for guests to have pleasant experience. No drugs allowed on property.
Nine minutes up the road, in downtown Laurel, is plenty of shopping, dining, historical homes and Ben&Erin sightings.
