The host was helpful and even sent a representative to the property to handle a minor issue with the hot tub. Also, the host offered advice with weather and traveling to the property during snowy/icy conditions.

Our second time at the Berg House and just as special as the first. Very gorgeous views of the mountains and quiet neighborhood to relax away from the bustle of the tourist town.House is always clean, well kept and updated. Easy to access and easy to use everything inside. Very simple to book and the house rules are super clear and don’t require a bunch of hoops to go through. Very pet friendly for dogs which is great.Only wish the new house next door had less bright outdoor sconces at night. It unfortunately ruins the star viewing from the dining room window seats… but minor complaint overall.Everything else was great.

Quick Getaway

We just needed a quick get away after our daughter's wedding. It was a great way to unwind and relax. We love Leavenworth! One of our favorite places to visit. The fact that this location was so close to town, was fabulous! The only thing I can say that needed a little work was the lawn area. It was difficult for our older dog to walk on as it was very dry and brittle and on a hot day, it hurt her paws. But other then that! We rate it a 10 plus!

Beautiful 360 Degree Views

We are in education, so our summertime is very important to us! This was our last getaway before school is back in session and boy, it did not disappoint !! The views were spectacular and sitting on the deck was so peaceful! The house was a perfect size for 2 people and 1 dog! We had plenty of room to move around and the king bed was super comfy! We will be returning as soon as we can!

Leavenworth Cabin

We loved this really nice above garage cabin just outside of Leavenworth. Very well decorated with nice furniture, perfect kitchen and a great bed. Really nice deck with hot tub below. Great views of surrounding mountains. Highly recommend this lodging for in and around Leavenworth.

Wonderful in every way

Zero complaints! The rental is up an indoor flight of stairs, above a three car garage detached from the main home on the property. It's larger than the photos imply, and recently built with very nice appliances and finishes throughout. Very private, quiet, well maintained, etc. Hot tub worked and was clean. Our dogs loved the second floor deck. The only thing that gave us pause were the his-and-hers adult Bavarian costumes in the bedroom closet, but perhaps some guests are into that. The property is managed by a local business who I will definitely book with again when we come through next-- and they offer direct bookings. They were extremely responsive and helpful all week. The rental is in a stunning neighborhood of recently built, high end homes on large lots in the rolling hills around North Road, just over a mile from Leavenworth, even closer to the Amtrak station (but no train noises), with easy access up Chumstick Highway to Plain or Lake Wenatchee. There's a Safeway about a mile in the other direction. The property is surrounded by established apple and pear orchards. Don't miss the farmers market on Thursday evenings at the school.

Amazing Stay

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday getaway. I absolutely loved it . There was some construction going on near the front of the house, but since it was a weekend no one was there. The views were amazing ,and it was nice and close to down town. I wish I would have read the binder about all the extras that were available on day one instead of day 3. I would have taken advantage of the extra amenities. Overall I would absolutely recommend this home, and would stay here again.

It was a beautiful mountain retreat that was so lovely. We enjoyed the privacy and the fact that it was pet friendly. Their standards were very high for guest rules which we appreciated, especially regarding pets.

Great little getaway!

Just spent two nights here as a fall little getaway and it was a great little vrbo! I wouldn’t recommend this for more than two adults it’s be really tight quarters otherwise but for us it was great!

Great rental, confusing service

The property is gorgeous. However, the property manager continuously asked me to sign contracts I already had, despite notifying them and speaking with them. This occurred all the way up to less than an hour before getting access to the rental. Additionally, the property manager required the use of a third-party dashboard to get door codes, which was not explained until we called them to figure out what was going on.

Just Perfect

Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and valley. Nestled on a quiet road just mere minutes from the center of town. This place is amazing. Highly recommend to any couple looking to just get away enough but still have access to local food and shopping.
