Perfect Getaway Home – Highly Recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO rental! The house was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen was a dream to cook our thanksgiving feast in, and the BBQ made outdoor meals another highlight of our trip. The location was perfect—private and peaceful, yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. The cozy fire pits added an extra touch of charm to our evenings, making it the ideal spot to unwind. This property truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and a memorable experience!

This place is great for hosting big groups, it has a beautiful backyard with lot's of privacy, close distance to a lot of things such as Runyon Canyon and Orlando Studios. Niki the host was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting LA.

The house was spacious for our big group and kid friendly. Alarms on exterior doors to the pool and an in pool alarm gave us peace of mind for our young kids. The dining table was large enough to seat us all and there were plenty of rooms for everyone. The house is located at the end of the road so there is no traffic outside!

Niki was very prompt in response to communications and the check-in process was seamless. Her home is a great hideaway and the pool is a great place to relax. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We’ll definitely return.

Incredible House!

This is such a wonderful house…we easily fit 8 adult men in it for a work trip. Great centralized location, super clean, and great communication with Niki. We will definitely be staying here again when we are back in the area.

Great refuge in the hills

Friends and I spent a nice long weekend at Niki's property.The house comfortably sleeps four adults with their own rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well appointed and the poolside grill is a nice amenity. Niki was incredibly responsive and proactive with communications both before and during our stay.

Beautiful home in a very safe and fantastic area!

We had the most wonderful and memorable stay!!From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. The furnishings and decor are prestine and absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately due to the cold weather we were unable to use the stunning pool. We rented a vehicle which is a MUST in this specific location.We would all love to return in the future for another family vacation.

Fabulous House for LA adventures!

This home was the perfect spot for our family holiday! We were 11 people and all had plenty of space. We were very pleased with the comfort and hospitality of the home and Niki was so responsive & helpful in communication. The location is great - it is a quiet & serene neighborhood with great access to many LA attractions. We enjoyed hiking in Runyon Canyon nearby and walking in the neighborhood. We are thankful for the time in this beautiful home and highly suggest it to any groups!

One of a kind

This house is incredible. We all had the best time of our lives. Beautiful house, carefully designed, amazing location, and a very caring and responsive host. Incredible place and perfect hospitality

We stayed at Niki's place with family and friends, and it was wonderful from start to finish. The host made us feel right at home. You can really see the love and care she put into renovating and decorating the place. The entire space is unique, with Hollywood theme decor, new furniture, and fun little touches everywhere. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the location is fantastic, close to so many attractions and unbelievable views! If you want to feel like you've truly gotten away and splurged on a special place, this is the rental for you. We will definitely be back!
