Not bad. Older but renovated, but showing some signs of age. The building needs new carpeting and probably painting - odd smell in hallway. Pools seemed nice, but the Cornhole equipment was badly deteriorated. Given wrong directions by manager for getting to condo and ended up on opposite side of town. Small leak under sink during stay, and dishwasher had water pooled in bottom after cycle. One burner on stove appeared inoperable. No icemaker in refrigerator (apparently difficult to pipe water to it). Living room TV placed high on wall above fireplace, which made watching difficult when trying to eat at the same time. Comfortable couches, and a gas fireplace that nicely heated the living room. Some noise at night from restaurant across the street. Single key attached to chain so two-step lockbox had to be opened every time door used - should have direct keypad lock. Wood room accessed with key, but since key chained, it could not be used to access wood room. Good feature was bathroom on each floor. The beds were generally okay, but large bed in upstairs bedroom is very high and could be a problem for the elderly. Super friendly and helpful woman in building office when it was open. Overall not a bad condo, but from 20 years of experience in renting in Mammoth, I think better condos are available for the same or less money.
