Elevadores muy tardados y solo nos toco 2 que subian/bajaban, los 4 restantes nunca llegaron al lobby o al piso donde nos hospedamos

Excelente ubicación y cercanía con varios puntos de interés. Las instalaciones son muy viejas sobre todo el sistema de aire y calefacción de las habitaciones. Muy reducidos los espacios, incluso para los estándares de NY.

It is lovely to know that our convenient location allowed you to indulge in the many attractions in the area that strike your interests. However, please accept our apologies for the aspects of our amenities that were less than ideal for you and the inconvenience caused by the HVAC system in your room. Rest assured that we will address the issue with the HVAC system with our maintenance team to remedy whatever arises. Also, please know that guests are welcome to upgrade to a larger layout if available. Nevertheless, we'll keep your thoughts in mind as we continue to develop plans for the future of the property. Solía ser una buena opción para quedarse, el hotel era cool, cómodo y limpio. Hoy lo tienen muy descuidado. Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear... el servicio también.

La ubicación es extraordinaria , solo que la tarifa que expresan por noche deja de ser cierta en cuanto te realizan el check in puesto que te piden una tarjeta de crédito y previo al check out ya tienes un cargo por un impuesto que ellos llaman estatal de mayor costo que el precio por noche , de ahí en demás un hotel extraordinario viejo pero para el precio bastante acorde.
