Fall Getaway
You cannot go wrong staying at Manny’s place. It is a short walk to the beach, which has great views and short drive to most vineyards and restaurants. The property itself is beautiful, and there is a private entrance to the rental, which is very roomy, immaculate, and you get a welcome bottle of local wine and hopefully you get Amal’s cookies and chocolate. As mentioned in other reviews, Manny is unintrusive, but very approachable, he is a great source of information as to the best restaurants and happenings in the area. Overall, Manny will go out of his way to make your getaway very enjoyable. Highly recommended, my wife and I will definitely be back.

Excellent Experience
The property was beautifully landscaped and the accommodations were very clean. I was greeted upon my arrival and given a short tour of my accommodations and the owner made himself available for any assistance I may have needed.

Convenient, quiet, and comfortable
Manny and Amahl were absolutely fantastic hosts: knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. The property is centrally located - just a short drive into town - and the beach is an easy walk. It was perfect for us and our 5-year-old.

Pleasant stay
Everything was great! Manny and Amal are wonderful hosts. Very clean, beach, short walk or drive with beautiful sunsets and close to all the places we came to visit. Mattituck has quaint little main village type downtown, worth visiting, very good food, and friendly people.

4th of July Break
We had a fantastic time at Manny’s apartment. The unit is perfect for a small family break (we brought our 10 month old) who was happy to crawl around the apartment. Literally a 5 min walk to the beach and plenty to offer in the surrounding wine farms, restaurants and markets. Manny was brilliant from the moment we booked. Gave us the best directions to avoid traffic and was there when we arrived and left. Even joined us for a drink in the evening after the our daughter went to sleep. Lots of great tips and suggestions for things to keep us busy. We will be back again.

Great place to stay to explore north fork and enjoy close beach
Manny was a perfect host. Friendly, helpful but not intrusive. Apartment was large and perfect. Table in backyard with grill encouraged you to be outside while at the VRBO. Beach was within walking distance. Main bedroom was large-kitchen was great. Highly recommend this place. Perfect for our needs.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay with Manny. Hospitality and lodging were incredible. It was an easy drive to restaurants, wineries and shops. We were all over the North and South Forks and this was a great home base. I can’t say enough great things about how friendly and kind Manny was to us. We would love to come back and stay here! 5 stars!

Abby and her party were a pleasure to host. They were respective of our home and left it as they found it. They commuted to me they all enjoyed the beauty of Long Island's East End from the restaurants to the local wineries. We would recommend them to anyone looking to host Abby and we would certainly welcome them back anytime.

Great stay
Stayed for our daughters wedding in nearby Cutchogue. Manny was a great host. Easy to contact and very personable. House was immaculate as far a cleanliness and kitchen fully stocked with anything needed. Greeted with a local bottle of wine and some home made cookies. Also gave us some nice figs from his yard for the ride home! 100% recommendation!

Quiet and clean home
Very comfortable and clean home and very well manicured lawn and flowers. The hosts live upstairs but we couldn’t hear them. Manny, the host, was very welcoming and provided recommendations for restaurants in the area. The beach pass was for two beaches in area which was very nice as well. Beautiful and quiet area. We highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful baby moon - the accommodations were nice and clean, had everything we needed and great communication with the owners. We had a great time relaxing on the beach nearby. Recommend checking out the local restaurants - had delicious meals there. Hoping to come back in future!

Wonderful place to stay
My cousin and I booked this trip to celebrate our 70th birthdays. We could not have asked for better accommodations. The property was spotless and we lacked for nothing. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the yard was gorgeous. Our hosts were wonderful and we enjoyed all the little touches that made our vacation memorable (wine, pastries, coffee). We didn't want to leave!!

Girls’ weekend away
Manny was a wonderful host. He greeted us and even helped us with our luggage. Inside the lower level apartment his wife had left us delicious Greek cookies and a bottle of wine. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Manny was extremely helpful and informative. He gave us great recommendations of the area. We enjoyed his beautiful back patio and gorgeous gardens. The rental is a quick walk to the beach, close to the vineyards, and an adorable downtown. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay at for our weekend getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

The south shore and north shore beaches are different and each have beauty upon themselves. North Shore Beaches have a more rustic, secluded,quieter and calmer for swimming and enjoying spactacular SUNSETS. The dining choices on the North Fork are second to none. Happy Trails, Manny & Amal

Comfortable, well-equipped accommodation. Manny and Amal, our hosts, made us feel like family. Dining on the patio admiring Amal's gardens was special. Good swimming in Long Island Sound and Peconic Bay using the provided town permit.

Great place for small group or couple
The property is extremely well manicured with beautiful plants and flowers. The section of the house where we stayed was clean and comfortable. Manny, our host, was friendly and showed us around the neighborhood, something not common with most rentals. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Birthday Celebration in Mattituck!
We had a wonderful May birthday celebration here for myself & a family member, in this very clean & comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. The primary bedroom had a very comfortable bed! Special features & immaculate throughout the property. The owners left a homemade plate of Lebanese cookies, (my favorite!) & a bottle of local Long Island wine upon our arrival. The owners also greeted us upon arrival, very hospitable, then we ran into Manny the owner, the next day in town, he was so friendly, & then upon departure, Manny bid us good bye. During our stay, the owners are very unobtrusive but available if needed. We can’t wait to return again! Their gardens are gorgeous. I can’t say enough great things about our stay and the owners. They are lovely people & we look forward to staying again!

Warm Property Manager
We stayed over Memorial Day extended weekend. We are a family of 4, and kids of 8 and 4 years old. Although the weather was very bad (cold and rain), Manny and Amal made our stay at their place amazing! They were over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, giving the weather! Giving recommendation, getting tickets to local attractions, checking in to make sure we were ok and not needing anything... a real pleasure to deal with! Their place is very comfort and the location to enjoy the beach wonderful! Very easy access, nice beach to stay, and stunning sun sets (we were lucky on the first day!). I would really recommend and we will definitely be back!

Girls Weekend
Just returned from a great weekend with my girlfriends to celebrate my 50th birthday. The house was very clean and quaint and I can't say enough about how wonderful the host Manny was. He offered great Restaurant & Winery suggestions and was around to help us with any questions and favors we needed during our stay. On our last morning we took the very short walk to the private beach area which was really nice. Hope to return again one day!

Great Stay!!
Manny and Amal were amazing hosts. They were gracious and helpful throughout the booking and check in process. The apartment is a short walk to the beach and a quick ride to all the area attractions. Everything was clean and spacious Manny gave us great recommendations and was even able to get us weekend passes to a family farm. It was a wonderful family getaway!

Girls weekend in Mattituck
Perfect size for 3 woman on a girl's weekend. Manny met us as we drove up and provided a tour of the place so we knew where everything was. A plate of homemade cookies and a bottle of wine was left as a gift! It was the perfect spot with all needed amenities. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent Stay
Our stay st this property was excellent. Manny was very accommodating. The property was well kept and had beautiful landscaping. There is a nice yard with seating to enjoy the weather. We were walking distance from the beach and were able to enjoy a nice morning stroll to the beach. The apartment was very clean, we found a bottle of LI wine and homemade cookies upon arrival. I would definitely book this rental again.

Nestled surburban home with beach access
Beautiful backyard garden, we enjoyed a leisurely coffee there before our short walk to the beach. Lovely stay and laid back yet thoughtful and engaging host. Thank you Manny!

This is an excellent place to stay in Long Island-Highly recommended
My wife, mom, and I were there for a wedding and found this wonderful place to stay. It was very clean, well kept, and cozy. The Owners are very friendly and caring. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and an arrangement of cookies. Unfortunately we were gone most of the time due to the wedding and wished we had more time to spend at this lovely place. The landscaping was beautiful. We will certainly use this place if we go back to Long Island. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and serene place we highly recommend to stay at the Constantine's. Their place is in the middle of the vineyards in Long Island. We loved it there.

Wonderful time!
We had a wonderful weekend! Manny was a wonderful host. The property is just lovely. We had breakfast on the patio overlooking the beautiful yard. The beach is a very short drive down the road and the property is located near to everything, wineries, restaurants and farms. We are looking forward to staying again as it was just perfect for us. Very relaxing weekend in a peaceful place. Just wonderful!

Wonderful Place
We had a terrific time and the location was terrific! This property is extremely clean and comfortable and the owners are friendly, hospitable and great resources about the neighborhood. It is walking distance to a magnificent beach and short drive to many wonderful spots on the North Fork. Amal and Manny are terrific hosts!

Great place to stay

Quiet and peaceful.
Manny and Alma were very kind and gracious hosts. Manny responded promptly to questions that I had before the booking and was available after as well. He greeted us upon arrival and offered local tips and recommendations as well. The apartment is spacious and more then comfortable. We would definitely recommend to friends and will stay here again if we are lucky enough to make it back to the area.
