POOL & GYM ACCESS
The pool and gym are located on the tenth floor.

Entry and exit from this area requires the fob.

BUILDING ACCESS – the remote only opens the carpark gate via the front left of the building, while any pedestrian entry and use of the elevators is only possible via the fob.

Please note that the Concierge will NOT be able to assist you with being locked out of the apartment/building, loss of keys, nor with holding keys. If there are any such issues, please contact your host directly. Replacement cost apply.

If you need flexible key access with your companions, there is a second set of keys available with a registration fee. Please notify your host 2 days in advance.

Guests have access to the resort-style facilities including the indoor pool, fully equipped gym, and lounge facilities, all located on the 10th floor.

VENTURING out during your stay:

You’ll be located only two blocks from the Southern Cross transit and shopping hub where you have eateries and the DFO for bargain clothing and other items.

But even in the immediate vicinity you'll be spoilt for choice with beautiful restaurants and cafes, historic buildings and the free trams that take you within the city.

Within walking distance, you’ll be able to access Crown Casino, Melbourne Central shopping district, State Library, AFL Football stadium and Docklands Harbour.

Over the other side of the city (accessible by tram) you can visit the Botanical Gardens, Myer Music Bowl, Arts Centre, Art Gallery, NGV, Yarra River activities and the countless, amazing entertainment experiences from theatres, cinemas, sport tournaments, concerts, festivals and much more.

A little further afield is Albert Park Lake - home of the Motor Grand Prix, Tennis Centre – home of the Australian Open, South Melbourne and Victoria Markets and the beaches of the bay.

CARPARK – height clearance is 2.1M, and speed limit is strictly 5-10km. Please ensure your headlights are on and that you keenly watch the mirrors for any oncoming vehicles.

POSTAL SERVICES – neither the concierge or the apartment mailbox are available for any postal/packages delivery. Please check google maps for your nearest post office.

LONG STAY CLEANING - A mid-stay cleaning service is recommended for bookings of fourteen nights or more. We can organise a Refresh of the property which includes restocking the amenities and a full clean for $250.

For longer stays, we can tailor a special cleaning service package to suit the duration, ensuring that a professional standard of cleanliness and maintenance is sustained for your enjoyment.
