We had a disappointing experience at this property, several major issues made our stay difficult. We reported problems the morning after check-in. Some problems were addressed or explained, but many persisted.• Hot water: Frequently stopped working and required manual resets. It took 60–90 minutes to reheat, became scalding, and ran out quickly. With 13 guests, we had to schedule very short showers morning and night/split.• Hot tub: Never heated, so couldn’t be used• Kitchen: The oven did not work despite trying to preheat for over an hour. We lost money on groceries intended for oven use and had to spend more on alternative meals.• Laundry: Washer showed a “C4” error and was unusable. We spent 30 at a laundromat (reimbursed the same day, which we appreciated).• Game room: A major reason we booked, but mostly nonfunctional—arcade games and air hockey didn’t work, pool sticks were damaged, and the table felt was uneven.• TVs/outlets: TVs/Roku systems didn’t function (only DVDs worked), and many outlets didn’t work.• Loft beds were advertised but were actually bean bag-style fold-outs, which felt misleading and uncomfortable. Advertised to sleep 20 We understand issues can happen, but the number of non-functioning essentials made it hard to enjoy our stay. While we appreciate some efforts from management, the resolution did not match the inconvenience. With proper maintenance and advertisement, this could be a great property we recommend future guests ask questions.
