AJ from BNB Breeze text me on Thanksgiving Day to tell me that they were canceling my booking that I made and paid for months prior due to a double-booking. We were scheduled to check-in the next day. We had a huge family gathering and nowhere to go. In cases like this, there should be some kind of compensation for the person who has to scramble last minute to find another property. This is unacceptable practice.f
