Do not book online!

It is 0 star for hotels.com and 1 star for the receptionists. I did not stay at the hotel, hence can't comment on the rooms. I booked through hotels.com. When I called up the hotel, they said there is no booking and no rooms available. They even refused to give directions to the hotel initially (it is not available on google maps). I went to the hotel, they said they don't have any tie up with hotels.com, and rooms were full! Called hotels.com, waited on the phone line for an hour, and they finally said rooms are full. I could call up another of their number and try to book again! This was on a long weekend. All the hotels were full. After calling 8-10 hotels, I could manage to get a room. I don't know how to get refund from hotel.com. May be need to have another 2 hour phone call. Here is a nice mail I get after booking. hanks for booking with us. Hotel pratique, propre, bien situé

Hotel petit budget (11€ la nuit) au confort sommaire, mais la chambre et l'hotel en general sont tres propres, idem pour les draps. Personnel efficace.

Nice budget hotel to stay .

I have booked hotel online. Even though i checked in very late there was no hassle. Nice budget hotel to stay. Rooms are clean.

Small hotell

Small hotell thats good but the neigberhood is bad. The staff is helpful but not as good english.

value for Money

If you are looking to visit mysore on business and need to be at the hub, this is a good choice.

Disgusting stay ever!!!Just a waste stay ever.

From the time of enquiry call to the check in ,during the stay and check out was the worst experience we had ever.the staff was not hospitable at all very rude and rigid.

NOT A GOOD HOTEL PLZ REMOVE FROM YOUR BOOKING LIST

Bad experience.......Cheat like anything. Dont provide booked room coz they said its not vacant. Other room is for extra charges over a online payment. So I didnt liked their approach to loot the tourist.........

Services

Stay was good. The hotel does not provide meals. That is a botheration. At least breakfast should be served. Secondly the hotel did not have cloak room service. Rest is good. The hotel front desk managers are very helpful.

Nice hotel near the Mysore palace.

Nice place to stay in the center of the city. Rooms and bathrooms are neat. Hot water available through out. Rooms are bit smaller. We didn't try the restaurant.

Value close to the Palace

The staff has been very friendly and helpful during my extended stay in Mysore. The value for the room quality, hot shower and friendliness of the hotel workers is excellent.

The check in process was completed with no problem

Staff were friendly. The road leading to the hotel is very narrow and congested. There is limited parking facility available. The area as such is very unpleasant with many liquor shops around and drunkards quarreling. .

Economical stay

low budget and decent stay. Onsite restaurant is not available which is a big drawback..

Pleasant Stay bt no kitchen attached

Stay is good but as the place doesnt have a kitchen only tea and coffee are available. Room is good. I stayed in a deluxe room and was ok ok.
