This is a rental property set up by people who have stayed in bad rentals and refuse to do that to their guests. We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Loved the home and the neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

Adorable Nashville home!

We made a quick trip to Nashville to take our grandson to the Nashville Zoo, and this house was just perfect for us! The layout was great for our group of 6. We loved the decor and the comfy beds! Would definitely stay here again.

Very Tight

We had a great stay. Place is very tight and buttoned up. Has everything you could possibly need and the kitchen is loaded.

Fun stay in Nashville

The house was excellent. Kitchen well stocked, duaghter loved her own space in the basement with her little apartment. Very easy to get downtown Nashville.

Cute house and great location

My family and I were in town touring colleges with my daughters and mom. The house was perfect for our stay! It was spacious enough for the five of us, and it was very clean! The location was great! We will definitely plan to stay there again if we’re in town!

Enjoyable stay

Location was great to all activities in Nashville. Neighborhood very quiet. A plus that Kroger is so close by also. So nice to have the extra area in the basement for all 3 couples to be comfortable with some privacy.

Fun family weekend

We had everything we needed and the house is super convenient to so much cool stuff. Take a walk and grab coffee or hit a happy hour. House has great space inside and out.

Annual Vacation

We could not have asked for a better place to stay! The layout of the house fit our needs perfectly and was equipped with everything we may have needed. The backyard provided a safe place for the kids to run off a little energy and everyone enjoyed being able to cookout and end the night with s’mores at the fire pit! Most definitely would reserve again if our annual vacation ever takes us back to Nashville!

Great Stay in East Nashville

Amazing stay in Nashville. We stayed for 2 weeks because our son and daughter in law had a baby! The house was clean well appointed and it was in a great location. We are incredibly grateful we could stay so close to our family. The hosts checked in and made sure we had everything we need. We will be back to see our grandson and his mom and dad.

Perfect House and Perfect Location

Easy. Great instructions. Clean and nicely decorated with a great set-up. It was the perfect place and location for 2 couples and one other friend. Love East Nashville, and a very close Uber to Broadway. Highly recommend.

Great location and perfect for 3 adults

Our adult son was able to join us for a weekend in Nashville. This home was just northeast of the downtown area and was a $5 to $10 Lyft ride (never a long wait either direction.) The home was clean with added special touches for guests and we so enjoyed having the extra space compared to a hotel room.

Great Girls Weekend Get Away

This property provided everything it advertised. Great neighborhood far enough away from the bustle of Broadway but close enough to get there with a short car ride. The home was fully stocked and had every modern convenience at your fingertips. Outside was a tranquil setting in both the backyard and front porch. Plenty of walkable restaurants, grocery and coffee shops.

Awesome Stay

Everything you expect from the listing and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, tableware, and flatware. Host was great to work with and very quick to reply to messages. Check in and out easy. Very clean - great deal. Will use again.

Super clean and comfy

Quality and attention to detail is what you find at 1427 Summer. It is the perfect space for two families to be together but also have a little separation. This adorable home is close to everything Nashville has to offer but in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Comfy meets eclectic in this extremely clean home with quality linens and kitchen necessities, fun throw pillows, rugs and decor! Two LaCroix in each fridge because the hosts love them was an added touch that screams hospitality. I’d highly recommend this place for families!

Sweet & comfortable, great location

We loved this spot. Perfect size with decent privacy for our group: two adults and a couple who needed their own rooms, and two who were comfortable being on the sofa beds. Well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms with great showers. We just have two notes. The sofabed on the first floor needs a repair—it leans down dramatically on one corner. And as we had two older adults with is, a handrail for the front steps and grab bars in the bathrooms would have made them feel safer. With that in mind I also encourage you to mention that the stairs are fairly steep on your listing. But we were all fine and had a great visit!

A great 80th birthday in Nashville

My mother chose Nashville for her 80th birthday celebration. Although I can not recommend Nashville for someone who has mobility issues, I can recommend Prime Location for any and all planning a trip to Nashville. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully decorated. My mother enjoyed sitting on the porch and speaking with the neighbors as they walked their dogs. There was more than enough room and privacy for six of us. We had everything we needed both within the property and close by. I have stayed in many other properties and the communication and suggestions, by far were the best. A few tips; if you plan on taking an Uber downtown, set your destination to the Feed and Seed at the end of Broadway. A $6-$8 dollar ride. Please eat at the Pharmacy and the biscuit place, both near by. There is also a Publix and Kroger. We are definitely going back!!! Thank you Steph and Matt for everything!!

Great Location! Fully Equipped & Excellent Decor!

We had a great stay at the Sumner house! This property was 15 minutes from the zoo, the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and 5 minutes from downtown (all driving). Excellent access to grocery stores and eateries within 5 minutes of less of a drive. We loved the decor and all the amenities of this property, ample space for us to all enjoy ourselves and have the comforts of a home! We’d absolutely recommend this place to friends and family and be happy to stay here again!
